I have had it for 3 years, it has fallen down and hasn't broken and does its job. It was difficult for me once to install it, but once you learn it, it becomes easy afterwards
So far, the camera is functioning normally.
For its price, it is a pretty good camera.
And it is fair for what it offers.
Excellent performance indoors!!!
And with a function to see what is happening in your space at night!
I have had it in my store for 4 years for recording and it has saved me from thieves 2 times. I leave the volume on full every night and as soon as someone tries to break in, the sound transmission advantages are heard very loudly. If I waited for the alarm after 2 minutes, there would be enough delay. The recording quality is quite good, both day and night, even perfect I would say, compared to several cameras I have seen their footage.
It is a very good IP camera that I use every day at a specific time. I receive a message every time it starts and ends. Also, when motion is detected in an area where trucks pass by, it detects it. The image range is very satisfactory, but I expected the quality for 1080 to be slightly better! The night vision is also very good, you can distinguish everything! For its price, I would buy it again
Very good camera, no doubt about it, it has solved my problems, I already have one in the main area of the house and I am thinking of getting another one. Maybe two more to cover the rest of the house and be covered from all sides. The camera shows very clearly in the morning, while at night it shows quite clearly like all the other cameras, I would say.
Ideal camera, good choice for its price, and the application works fine, although sometimes it may not load immediately, but many factors play a role in that! We started with 2 and now we have added more!
P.S. Out of the 5, one needed a reset because it froze. Maybe the QR scan for installation was a bit slow
I give it 3 stars because this particular one is relatively difficult to install and mainly because even though the description says two-way communication, it doesn't allow you to speak (I will talk to the company about this). Other similar Xiaomi cameras that I have have dual communication..
Excellent for its price, I have had it for 5-6 months and haven't noticed any serious problems. 2-3 times it didn't let me connect (both times outside the house) for no reason though. The installation is very easy, I sorted it out in a minute. Additionally, I found a program on the desktop and I can watch live from there without delay (it's not an official Xiaomi application), which is very convenient for the many hours I spend on it instead of having my phone open all the time. - Quite good image - Very clear at night. - Easy to use for replay
While at first it worked fine, after changing location it refuses to connect. It doesn't read the qr code at all. I printed it in a large size on paper where it reads it but still doesn't connect. The next step is to throw it away.
After a lot of searching, I found the solution to the problem. You need to set the country you are in as China Mainland without changing the language, of course. Now it works fine, but such inconvenience...
I don't even discuss the price of it and for what it does, it's perfect!.. Choose it over anything else in baby monitors, which are much more expensive, offering sometimes worse picture/connectivity.
It is not reliable at all, so only 1/5. It has endless functionality issues. Although when it works, it is great, but you have to be patient. It does not connect well with the Xiaomi Home program. It constantly disconnects, even though it is next to the router, and sometimes it throws "error" messages out of nowhere.
Regarding the installation process on the mobile application and to avoid frustrations and wasting time:
At some point in the process, through the Mi Home App, a QR Code appears on the mobile screen, which you need to place in front of the camera to read it and complete the connection.
The camera (whether it's this specific one or all, I don't know) faces some difficulty in reading from the mobile screen. (I haven't understood if this happens with certain types of panels or generally on all mobile screens).
To avoid spending 5 hours trying to read it without success, I found three possible solutions on the internet:
1) Take a screenshot of the QR Code and print it on paper, then place the paper in front of the camera to read it.
2) Take a screenshot of the QR Code, open the image, zoom in, and then place the mobile in front of the camera to read it.
3) If you have screen mirroring function on your mobile and TV, transfer the image of your mobile to the TV, and then place the camera to read the QR Code from the TV screen.
I tried the third solution and it worked much easier. I hope to save someone else from unnecessary frustration!
The camera is good, just for its price. Its image is average. With a little more money, you can get the 360, which is in a completely different league in terms of image quality. It's one step above, both in day and night. The positive thing is the move tracking.
For the 25 euros that someone can get it, it's great. Generally, it's worth it if you have other XIaomi devices to control them all from one application. I didn't encounter any difficulties during installation.
HINT: I noticed that it only works with a 2.4G network. I don't know if it's 100% true.
For its price, it is a good camera. Through the application (Mi Home), and following the instructions, it takes no more than 3-4 minutes to set up. The application has several options, and you can connect multiple devices. It is relatively easy to use. What annoyed me is that the power light does not turn on, even though I have selected it in the application, and the vertical movement (up-down) is not as wide as I expected. If I place it on a shelf, for example, I cannot see in front of the shelf at a distance less than 2-3 meters, as it has a significant blind spot. It also experiences quite a few lags, even if it is close to the router or extender I have (2 meters). In short, if you have it close to the router and the camera does not move much, you will have satisfactory footage. Otherwise, it may leave you with a mediocre experience
Very good for its price, easy installation with the mi home app, many functions, the only negative thing I would say is that the notifications are a bit slow when motion detection is enabled.
It's worth its money.
Very good image day and night.
It detects every movement perfectly. Do not activate the motion tracking feature, as it loses its orientation. There is no reason to and it does its job well when stationary.
Easy handling through the app.
I bought 2 and I will buy more. Very good and the best thing is that it comes with immediate mobile reference with video for movement in the space or for noise.... You can leave it at home or wherever you put it and you don't have to worry. Just make sure you have electricity and wifi and you're good to go.
Just received it and connected it nicely, great image and sound quality!
The drawbacks: it doesn't work if it's not plugged in and you can't do anything else with your phone while watching the child, the app must be constantly open!
Really good camera. Easy to use. I wanted it for my little girl's room because we already had a system with cameras throughout the house except for the bedrooms. However, it is much better than the others we have. I highly recommend it.
One star only for the 5 hours I wasted trying to install it.
Thanks to a YouTube video that explains a trick to take a screenshot of the cr code and have the camera read it in zoom.

Also, it doesn't come with a power supply. Not even a fake one.
It only has the USB cable. And a stand if you want to mount it on the ceiling.
Simply perfect... it has excellent night vision, flawless microphone with perfect response without delay... handling is simply easy... the best for babies and children... it's no longer worth spending money on microphones or other devices with cameras that don't last with batteries at all... We were saved from the first moment we operated it... and for the price it is unbelievable... it's just a few bucks for the perfect job
It cannot be compared to the 360, which is at the same price.
I bought it because of the motion tracking, but it's a disaster. It gets confused and ends up somewhere where nothing moves, usually ending up looking at the wall behind it.
A major downside compared to the 360 is that it doesn't have free cloud storage. If a thief takes it with them, you're left with nothing. In other words, the notifications that come to your app can only be viewed if the camera remains connected to a network, as they are only stored there.
Get the 360 with all the positive reviews. This one doesn't excel in anything
Black screen very often, .... Loading indication for a long time and ultimately does not connect to the mobile. I was forced to replace it. Figure detection often blocked, resulting in it turning and showing the ... sky. I do not recommend it.
Good camera for its price but it has issues.
The lens is very good with wide viewing angle, clear image during the day, good clarity with infrared in the dark.
On the plus side, it has the complete Xiaomi app.
On the downside, there was a problem with the installation as it couldn't read the QR code. Another issue was that on the third night of operation, it stopped sending notifications, but it was fixed by the well-known scientific method of unplugging and plugging it back in.
Lastly, the tracking in closed spaces is a mess. It only works if there are no obstacles.
From the reviews, I see that Xiaomi's 360 is considered more reliable
It takes too long to connect to the app.
I have tried it at home, with loaded wifi, and at the office with empty wifi. Sometimes it connects relatively quickly, but most of the time it can take up to 10 minutes for the app to find it!
