The product itself seems the same in terms of composition, but the new packaging is incomprehensible. You squeeze, squeeze, and not a drop comes out, until suddenly the nozzle of the extinguisher is released and splashes your face with eye drops. After using it for a few days, it has become distorted, as if permanently squeezed. It's logical since we're talking about a much thinner (semi-transparent) plastic, nothing like the white (opaque) of the old packaging, which, although you had to squeeze it, was solid. The nozzle, on the other hand, is a ridiculous personalization, we're talking about an almost flat disgrace. It doesn't have the length that all the eye drops I've seen so far have. I wonder who came up with this innovation. The new cap... is the least of our problems, so what can I comment on.
I have been buying this product for years, but I will never approach it again. I made the mistake of buying three together, and because I had stock, by the time I opened them to see how they were, the return period had passed. Well, I hope I suffer, but at least I wanted to warn the rest of the world. I gave one away, and I will have to swallow the other two because I paid for them. For so many years, I had learned to use it half-asleep on those nights when I woke up with eye discomfort from dryness. Now, when I try to use it, it ends up in my nose and cheeks. An award of invention to whoever designed it! No, congratulations...
