Insert your arm into the cuff. The cable should point in the direction of the arm. Tighten the cuff by pulling the end.
Press the hook and the end of the cuff together securely. Leave room for 2 fingers to fit between the cuff and your arm. Place the artery mark over the main artery.
Place your arm on a table (palm facing up) so that the cuff is at the same height as your heart. Make sure the cable is not bent.

I received it 3 weeks ago. I didn't buy the product for continuous monitoring of any condition. We bought it because it is good to have a blood pressure monitor in case it is needed and for preventive reasons. From the trial uses, as a first impression, it shows to be a worthy product with clear numbers on the screen, a quality cuff, a lightweight device, and accurate measurement. The cuff only fits adults, teenagers, and possibly larger children. It didn't fit my small children.
Measurement accuracy close to absolute (comparison with mercury). Very good construction of the device and even better of the cuff. Very easy to use with perfectly understandable results and especially the useful ones in my opinion, average measurements (AVG). In AVG, it distinguishes the date, time, and morning/evening measurement for two users. There is also a third position for use by a "visitor" without memory and average. It emphasizes the correct placement of the cuff, which is very important for accurate measurement results. The user manual is available in 6 languages, including Greek! Batteries are included (DURACELL, please!). It also works with the appropriate adapter that you can find in "electronics". At first glance, it shows that it is absolutely worth the expense for the safety it provides with its reliability. After all, a blood pressure monitor is like a compass. It's better to not have one at all than to show you WRONG!
