Pros:
1) It definitely fits over a washing machine.

The only positive thing is that it can fit three washing machines, maybe even four if you use the hooks for hangers.
The negatives are many... in one month it rusted.
The rods are thick and it's difficult to use clothespins.

For the friend above, you don't need to unscrew it, just don't tighten the screws completely. Then it's very easy, you just pull the wings outwards each time and they close.
