I have bought many products from Pentagon.. this specific one is the only one that is frankly unacceptable!! The quality of construction is much lower than Chinese. I don't understand the reasoning behind the company allowing such a "quality-deficient" product to hit the market and risk a very good name! I will choose Pentagon again and if I see the same issues again, then I will turn to another company. The other products (Waist, Back, Chest, etc.) that I have purchased in the past, in one word excellent!!
