I put them on a stuck car with heavy snow in January 2022, on an uphill road. It climbed just fine!
The only difficulty was that the car has steel rims with small round holes for the fastening strap to pass through. The tool that came with the kit couldn't fit through.
So, I will also put a thick wire in the kit to tie the strap and easily pass it around the wheel. Also, for easier use, turn the wheel all the way to the right or left.
I think they are perfect for emergency situations.
They also require low speed because they are made of plastic and can't withstand spinning.
I should mention that they require a small hit on the metal latch that locks the strap, with something heavy and metallic, because it tightens a lot and it's difficult with frozen hands.

January 2022, First use: after 2 km of decent movement on a straight road, everything was fine. A little later, on the uphill of Galatsiou Avenue (Galatsi), they came off, I mean they completely detached from the wheels, pedestrians picked them up from the road and brought them to me. In fact, as the straps came off the hooks, the hooks themselves became useless, very poor construction. However, the installation had been done correctly and my speed was 10 km/h. Money wasted, but the most important thing is that I was left helpless in a very difficult time. I will probably go back to the classic chain that never betrayed me.

There is no 0 star unfortunately. They broke in the first few meters. I had bought them 1-2 years before I needed them and when the time came, I had to take off my gloves in the snow, otherwise I couldn't "feel" the strap that I had to pass through the rubber, very difficult. You need to have quite thin fingers to manage it; my wife helped with 2. After we managed, they broke in the first 50 meters all together. The car was banging. Logically, in 1 meter of snow where the car doesn't move anyway, the vehicle wouldn't be banging. I cried over my money.

1) They are not easy to put on because you have to embrace the rubber.

3) To take them off, I needed a hammer to hit the metal clasp to release the strap.
4) Some metal nails were lost, which are the ones that do all the work, so now I can't be 100% sure that I will be able to reuse them.

I was driving quite slowly (maximum 30 kilometers). They have grip (I didn't try them on steep uphill or downhill slopes). And overall, they are good in the city. In the first few kilometers, I tightened them again to fill any gaps. When I took them off, two of those metal studs had come off.. they make excessive noise and you feel like you're in a tractor or a tank. Moderate difficulty in installation...
