The sole broke after about a year of use, and the warranty, as we were informed after the end of one year, does not cover it. The new sole costs 75 euros, which is unacceptable since for that amount of money you can get a cheaper vacuum cleaner and be worry-free.

9 months later, the clip that closes the lid of the bin broke, the dealership does not cover such damages, as stated in the terms of purchase. The replacement costs 30-40€, which I consider excessive, as it is a manufacturing error and not the responsibility of the vacuum cleaner owner's bad or improper use.
If I proceed with the replacement, I will face the same problem in a few months.
Otherwise, the vacuum cleaner is excellent, convenient for storage, cleaning, and vacuuming. I have a German Shepherd and it has saved me. Unfortunately, the only negative is that the warranty does not cover damages and it is CERTAIN that I will need a replacement in the first few months...
After 6 months of almost daily use in a store for cleaning windows and a 50sqm area, the vacuum cleaner simply started making excessive noise and has lost much of its power.
Waste of money, the motor broke down within a year. Cleans very well but is very difficult to clean in its dustbin. I got a cheaper one for half the price and so far it has held up.
After 3 months of use, the hook that closes the lid of the bin broke without any misuse. After 6 months, the point where the lid is supported on the bin also broke. The dealership does not cover the breakages with warranty and they ask for €40 for a replacement bin. The product has a faulty design in this specific area, and although I have been satisfied with the battery and absorbency, I would not recommend it.
The vacuum cleaner is good. I used it for the first time today. Well, I cleaned 105 square meters and it still has battery! I have two small children and a little dog. It is easily stored because it stands upright. It cleans under furniture. It is not heavy! I would like it to be a little more powerful, but you get what you pay for!!! (It's not that it doesn't clean, it could just be a bit more powerful). Especially for anyone who has small children and cannot afford extra money like me, it is the perfect solution! (9/11/2023) It also cleans carpets! After so many daily uses, the old vacuum cleaner was given away!!
It is quite practical and makes cleaning a breeze, especially for those who have pets. Unfortunately, it cannot replace the traditional electric vacuum cleaner in any case. It takes 3 passes to completely clean the floor. The price is reasonable and the construction quality is good. However, with one-third of the price, you can get a more powerful electric vacuum cleaner.
If you are looking to replace your vacuum cleaner, this is not for you! It is fine for small pet-free homes and only then can it function as an electric one! For us, with a decent-sized home and 4 dogs, it is excellent for "quick clean-ups"
After months of use, I see that it only serves for light cleaning. The battery doesn't last long and it doesn't pick up dust and dirt very well. On the positive side, the light it has during use is very helpful. It definitely cannot replace a "regular" vacuum cleaner.

It does not replace the classic broom. It is powerful but not as much as the corded broom. It is definitely worth the money, but if you have a pet, it is difficult to clean the inside of the bin and the hairs remain inside.
What bothers me about this specific product is that the sole does not follow during twisting! As a result, it becomes tiring
