Excellent coffee! I have bought coffees from roasteries that smell amazing, but after brewing, they lose aroma and flavor. This one, although commercial (but roasted and packaged a while ago), is the only one so far (out of the 25 I have tried) that maintains a good aroma and flavor.
Ground to 3/8.
Generally, the finer the grind, the stronger and more frothy it is, but more bitter.
The opposite is obviously true when ground coarser.
Each coffee requires a different grind, even if we make it cold or hot.

Simply very good coffee! I have purchased it 5-6 times and it's really a shame that it doesn't come in a larger packaging and also that you can't find it so easily.

With a little attention in preparation, it produces a proper body and a sufficient and pleasant aroma, even in espresso. One of my favorites. Although relatively expensive, it has very good value for money. I wish it was also available in a kilo packaging.
