The Frog, the famous hero of Kenneth Grahame's classic tale "The Wind in the Willows," is on the verge of depression, and his loyal friends, the Rat, the Mole, and the Badger, fear he might do something reckless... After nurturing him, comforting him, and advising him to recover, they suggest he start psychotherapy! Through the cheerful dialogues that make up the ten sessions with his therapist, the Frog learns to analyze his feelings and develop his emotional intelligence. On this instructive journey, he encounters the "rebellious child" and the "adult" hidden within him, and, as self-satisfied and confident as ever, he ultimately decides to devote himself to an entirely new venture... Reviving beloved heroes and continuing life by the Riverside, Robert de Board masterfully weaves the Frog's story with the complex mental processes of psychotherapeutic science, as well as the ways counseling psychotherapy handles mental exhaustion. The clarity of the narrative - a distillation of truths - is admirable, and the reading of the book is enjoyable for both teenagers and adults of all ages.

Excellent psychological experience, for teenagers and above I would say preferably adults, engaging and helpful, more for beginners to intermediate knowledge about psychological issues, and perhaps a nice story for more advanced in the subject. Worth a read by everyone!
