    I am not the most knowledgeable about frying pans, I have not tried countless designs and materials, but I know that this frying pan is amazing. I don't know what material the coating is made of, but the food doesn't stick to it at all, the heat distribution is good, just right. It is lightweight and ergonomic, very easy to clean, and aesthetically pleasing for those who are obsessed with the appearance of their cookware. I did not expect to be so impressed.
