Good evening.
I have had the product for about a month now. I was waiting to use it properly before writing a review. My issue is with my hands and back, not so much my face. It simply does what it promises. I use it once or twice a week because it contains salicylic acid and my skin is sensitive, oily, and prone to acne. I apply it to my skin in circular massage motions to create foam. I leave it on for 2 minutes and then continue with my shower. I had read that frequent use can damage the skin's barrier and the oiliness may persist, possibly to a greater extent. That's why I use it 1-2 times a week. It is also advisable to avoid using it during the summer months due to sun exposure.
I am very satisfied because 80%-88% of my pimples have disappeared. Very good product.

I have oily skin filled with black spots, dry cheeks, and large pores. I initially used it for 2 weeks, twice a day.. it caused dryness and from then on, I used it once a day for another 2 weeks. I don't mind the dryness, what bothers me is that it didn't improve the black spots, pores, oiliness, or the texture of my skin at all. There was no improvement, in fact, I feel like it doesn't clean well, resulting in me becoming even oilier on the outside while feeling dry on the inside. I made a mistake relying on the comments instead of the product itself, which claims to be for dry skin. Nevertheless, I gave it to my friend who has dry skin and she didn't like it either, it dried her out and she had the same issue, feeling like it doesn't clean well even though she doesn't have any of the problems I mentioned for myself.
I haven't been satisfied with the Cerave cleanser for oily skin either, and I bought a one-liter package. That one also dries and doesn't clean deeply, so we use it for the body and by the way, if you are highly allergic with dry skin, it's quite good for the body and rinses off easily. However, our favorite for the body is the one from Pharmasept, it doesn't dry as much but cleans even better.
But let's get back to the face.. if you have issues with pores, oiliness, and spots, I recommend Natura Siberica's Polar White Birch Pore Refining or Yes To's Grapefruit Scrub Cleanser, which I personally get from England. Both are excellent and they are the only products that both I and my friends with oily and dry skin like at the same time. They clean deeply without drying and they even help with black spots, all without drying out my dry cheeks.
Finally, we all know that a comment is useful when it adequately explains the reviewer's experience. Don't rely on comments that are useful (and you know it) just because you don't like the other person's opinion. When it comes to comments like "very good" where neither the skin type nor the results of the product are explained, don't consider them useful. Those are childish. Useful means asking if it is useful, not if you agree with it.
Very good cleanser for oily skin. Removes oil without irritating and does not dry out the skin.
I have oily T-zone and dry the rest of my face. It brings balance and cleans deeply. Definitely needs moisturizing afterwards.
Very good product. In combination with cerave retinol, moisturizer and sunscreen, my acne decreased significantly within 2-3 months of intensive use morning and night. 4 stars because the SA leaves your skin very dry and stings quite a bit if it gets in your eye, even with rinsing. I recommend it for everyone.
I don't use it every day on my face. I use it on other parts of my body where I find pimples. It seems to do the job. Its scent is neutral. It is a transparent cleansing gel.
With a small amount, it cleans very well without leaving any residue. I leave it for a few minutes after applying it.
I use it only on my body in combination with the moisturizing lotion of the same company and my skin has become very soft and cleaner.
I have also tried it on my face, however, it caused irritations after a few uses. On the face, I would recommend it only if you do not have sensitive skin and definitely not for frequent or daily use.
I bought it to clean my face before applying creams because I have acne treatment. After a few uses, it started to irritate my skin. I will not use it again.
I use it every night for double cleansing along with CeraVe's cleansing oil. My favorite combination. I have very dry and sensitive skin, and it cleanses/exfoliates gently without causing additional dryness and irritation. I highly recommend it.
I reduced by 90% the pimples and red marks on my back and chest that I had my whole life from adolescence onwards with 5-6 uses during my shower with gentle massage and circular motions as the top comment here on skroutz says. Incredible product.
For oily skin, I think it is ideal, but for mine, which is combination with acne, it was too strong.
For me, it is the best soap with salicylic acid that I have ever used! It deeply cleanses the face, eliminates pimples and the marks they leave, and leaves an incredible freshness! Don't be afraid if you get some pimples at first. It is completely normal as that is its purpose, and they will disappear in a few days!
I bought it for cellulite on my legs, for exfoliation on dry sensitive skin. It requires patience and weeks of use for this specific case, but I believe it does the job. It is gentle and does not dehydrate, quite the opposite. Nice result even after shaving and hair removal, in combination with the company's moisturizing cleanser. I have also tried it on my face, but personally, I want something more effective. I have no opinion on acne, it cleans relatively well and definitely does not dehydrate, which is rare for its type. I will probably buy the large packaging as the small one ran out quickly on my legs. I hope the company releases a liter size as well.
edit: The product is very good as I mentioned above, but after a few months of use, I have to point out that it is not for everyday use, at least on the legs when someone generally shaves their legs. 1-2 times a week is enough, otherwise, it thins the skin too much and you end up with cuts.
It is not for makeup removal, this cleanser is used after washing your face first with a gentle cleanser. Its purpose is different and it is good to leave it for a few minutes to do its job, it is not one of those that you wash quickly and leave.
First of all, let's say that it is a product with acids inside, so it will make dry skin even drier because it provides intense cleansing and exfoliation. Therefore, it should be used with caution on sensitive or dehydrated skin, followed by proper hydration afterwards, otherwise, due to the acids, it may cause dryness. I would recommend it as a second cleanser (in combination with a more hydrating cleanser) or for someone who wants intense cleansing but follows a routine of intense hydration. Also, it does not contain any fragrances, which is very important, and overall it has a nice texture.
Personally, after using it for almost six months, it caused relative dryness in some areas and provided good cleansing for my intense pores. I managed it during winter with proper hydration, and during summer I didn't have any issues.
I have been using it for about two weeks because I saw that it helps with acne. I have hormonal acne only on my chin, and since I started using it, it has gotten worse! Maybe it doesn't suit my skin
It is the best spot treatment I have ever bought. In fact, it is therapeutic and not used as a makeup remover. I have cystic acne due to polycystic ovaries and it has almost eliminated everything. Even the pores that were there. Be careful around the eyes because it stings quite a bit.
I have oily skin with a history of acne and I used to have internal pimples (cysts) on my chin and cheeks that were painful and left marks. No matter what I tried, they wouldn't go away, until one disappeared and the next one came out. I decided to try this decisive product after many years of using effaclar and it saved me. The pimples have disappeared, the pores have shrunk, the oiliness has decreased, and if a pimple appears, it disappears quickly! I also use it for body acne!
Caution: Do not apply it to the eyes or lips as it will irritate them.
I have combination skin, and it is very good. Personally, it is better than the Cerave hydrating cream to foam cleanser (which I use as a makeup remover simply because it is quite oily). Also, the packaging contains a lot of product.
Perfect cleanser for combination oily skin! It changed my skin, it became smoother and now I can't live without it!
Nice mild cleanser. I have acne-prone skin and it didn't cause me any problems. Also, it lasts for several months.
Overall, this company for me is the best in cleaning products as it has quite gentle cleansers! This particular one is quite strong as it contains salicylic acid and will cause peeling in daily use! However, it is quite effective for body acne!
Personally, it did absolutely nothing for me. I have very dry skin and every time I use it, my skin feels completely dehydrated and dry. This product did not suit me at all, unlike the moisturizing cream from the same company which is good.
Very nice product, I used it regularly when I had acne outbreaks but with daily use morning and night, it dehydrated my skin a lot. With proper use according to the skin type, it does a very good job. Now I use it 1-2 times a week only at night for gentle exfoliation.
I use this at night and in the morning the foaming cleanser from the same company. I got it because I have black spots and I wanted something light for gentle daily exfoliation. It does what it promises and has helped me a lot. Also, it has no fragrance, which is very positive, as it is good to avoid in skincare products.
I bought it because of good reviews and because my combination skin was excessively dehydrated and oily at the same time during a period of cold weather. It seems very gentle but effective, the oiliness has decreased, as well as the flakiness from dehydration. I use it almost morning and night, sometimes when the oiliness is not intense, I use a milder cleanser. I have only been using it for a week, so I will update if anything changes!
Update: I didn't see any significant difference, in fact, it seems to have caused sensitivity for me.
I didn't see a big difference in my acne despite using it several times a day, but it cleanses the face quite well
I started using it during a phase of severe acne. After a few days, the pimples had significantly reduced. It is a very good facial cleanser and especially good because of the salicylic acid. The SA may seem aggressive for a daily cleanser, but I believe it does a wonderful job in combination with the other moisturizing ingredients.
The correct usage is on a damp face (it also has HA) and application after creating foam in the hands.
Be careful with the eyes because it does sting quite a bit.
Excellent, gentle odorless cleanser, leaves a very good skin feeling and does not cause redness.
I bought it for my body and used it as a shower gel, due to strawberry legs (along with the cream), but I didn't see any difference. Generally, I am a big fan of the company and have only good things to say about their other products, so maybe this one just didn't work for me.
