  I bought the cream because of the very good reviews and specifically because I read that it helps with irritation after shaving. It does indeed do the job and it is very moisturizing. The texture is not the best, taking quite some time to absorb and also, the biggest issue for me, it has an unpleasant smell. Like an old forgotten cream. I might buy it again, maybe, because it does work for skin irritation and I haven't found anything better.

  I give it a 4 for the packaging. This pump gets blocked from one point onwards and I have to unscrew it and hit the bottle to make the cream "fall". Other than that, it's a good moisturizing cream with a subtle classic cream scent.

  5 stars and that's not enough. My son has had atopic dermatitis outbreaks since he was a baby, especially during weather changes. I have tried everything for the past 3 years. The only thing that has truly helped him is this specific product. With just two uses, the rashes subsided and by the third, they disappeared completely. The most important thing is that my child finally sleeps through the night and doesn't wake up from itching. I love it. Our pediatrician recommended it to us and I wouldn't change it for anything!

  I have been suffering from body dryness for years, which causes itchiness. This product is amazing. After shaving my legs with a razor and applying it, I feel some tingling for a few minutes, but then absolute calmness sets in! Zero itchiness! I have also tried other creams from La Roche-Posay, like Lipikar Baume regular and light, but none of them compare to this one. If you have itchiness due to roughness, I recommend it and you will remember me! It moisturizes fully. It doesn't absorb immediately, but the feeling is not annoying. It makes the skin velvety. As for its scent, it is pleasant. It reminds me of powder.

  Very good cream for dry skin! It has a thick and oily texture! Its corrective and moisturizing action is a fact and makes it effective! My only objection is the absorption by the skin as it leaves the skin quite oily to a degree that is annoying if you want to dress immediately!
