Wonderful product. In the little dish for two poached eggs, you get a perfect result with a drop of oil so it doesn't stick. Also try making broccoli and you won't eat it any other way afterward. I've had it for 1 year and it works flawlessly.
Aside from all that, for the complainers, I have nothing to say. They will always remain that way in their lives. THIS PRODUCT IS PERFECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The second time we used it, the sound notification broke. It still works, but you have to go check when the boiling is done.
The test for a hard-boiled egg was successful. I added water as the instructions said, and they came out just like the photo shows. Don't listen to others who talk about the sound; it's perfectly fine, they're just being paranoid. After it cools down, you put a little vinegar with water, let it sit for about five minutes, wipe it with a sponge, and it looks like new, just like in the photo. I will try to make a fried egg and an omelet and will provide an update. I recommend it!
It does what it says and nothing less or more. I just wish it would stop the beeping upon completion by itself.
It is incredibly convenient for those who eat a lot of eggs during the week, no pots for boiling or cleaning every time, you just put them here and save time and cleaning.
Very practical machine. Choice for tight, medium, loose, and with sound when ready. It was worth buying
The three stars only because it does not fit medium or large eggs to fill all the slots (with difficulty three large eggs) and because the sound of the timer wakes up the dead!!!
Otherwise, it does exactly what it is made for. Don't forget to put a little oil on the plastic egg eyes, so the egg white doesn't stick.
In boiling eggs that I have made, it does them well - as it says - I haven't used the other functions yet.
Unfortunately, the lid does not fit the device and it loses steam, resulting in needing the entire cup of water and 8 minutes of time to boil an egg, just like we do it in a traditional pot!
It is very reliable and the eggs come out perfectly while it is very small in size. You learn how to use it very easily and it saves you time.
The only negative is the TRAGIC and extremely loud sound when boiling is complete, with no option to disable it.
I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because every time I boil eggs, I have never heard the sound, so I have to calculate the time to see if they are boiled.
As for a previous review that the inox side got a little burnt, you can clean it quickly with a soft toothbrush and a little bionol.
Other than that, as a utensil, it does its job well as it boils the eggs quite quickly.
It boils quickly and easily.
But from the very first use, what you see in the picture is created no matter how much you clean it, so I wouldn't buy it again
The eggs are cooked perfectly, which is its job.
You add a minimal amount of water based on its diameter and it practically steams them.
The disadvantage it has is that instead of closing by itself, it makes a very loud and annoying sound as if a nuclear warhead is falling and expects you to go and close it.
Essentially, it has a thermostat that temporarily stops the heating and presumably acts as a protection for the device, but it does not automatically turn the switch to OFF.
Small and doesn't take up much space. Boils eggs just fine. However, I don't understand why, after it finishes, it turns off by itself, why does the sound have to be so persistent? Also, the sound is like a fire alarm. Very loud and scary.
It does what it is intended for. The only downside is that it leaves some residue from the water vapor, but it cleans easily with a little white vinegar. If someone boils eggs regularly, it is an excellent solution.
I received it two days ago. I was completely satisfied with the purchase. I thought it would be a waste of money, but this utensil is very helpful.
Indeed, it is very small and takes up almost no space on the counter. However, it does its job perfectly. Without needing to be on top and waiting for it to boil to take it out of the stove, or to pour hot oil on it with a spoon in order to fry it properly. You simply put the eggs (whole or broken, depending on the quantity), add as much water as needed, and after a while, the notification sounds that it is ready. It should be noted that the notification is indeed very loud, but I only got scared the first time, after that I knew it and it was okay. Also, regarding the quantity of eggs and water, it is not accurate, but with 2-3 times of experimenting, you find the right amount depending on how firm you want them, and then you know exactly how much to put each time.
It does exactly what you would expect - it boils eggs perfectly every time and you don't need a gas stove, a watch, etc. or even to time them.
If you do exactly what it says, it is good enough to boil eggs. Now, I haven't made an omelette with it, I make omelettes in the crepe maker that I have.
I just received it and I'm writing to inform potential interested parties! It is very small!!! As for the extra accessory that claims to be for omelettes, it is at least ridiculous, so if you want it for something like that, choose another one. I will come back after using it a few times.
Edit: The extra accessories were returned because they were too small and were purchased for them
Well, for boiling eggs it's just what you need, but I don't think it's suitable for other uses. I was more than satisfied with the purpose I bought it for, and as for the noise, it's not that bad.
Very good. Very easy to use, boils eggs very quickly and peels easily. Faster and more economical boiling! The only negative is that the ringing is like an alarm.
Easy to use, the measuring cup helps you determine the amount of water to add depending on the cooking method. The only negative aspect is the loud noise it makes when it finishes
In boiling it's okay although it needs testing if you want them soft.. the extras are very small, for a one-egg omelette or sandwiches for example, they are fine.. the biggest disadvantage is the sound which is really like a thriller and very loud.. it has actually woken up the baby in the room, so what they say is not exaggerated after all
It does the job just fine, but the utensils that come with it for making omelets are very, very small in size.
It does its job quite well, the only problem is with the sound it makes when the eggs boil. It really hurts your ears. Of course, with the measuring cup it has, you can easily add the right amount of water to get the desired result.
Update: after a few uses, it simply stopped making the sound at the end.
For its price, it is a helpful device. So, the build quality is proportional to the price, (tolerably good - logical).
- Specifically, its metallic parts -
Necessary safety recommendation: after cleaning it after use, let it dry well before reusing it.
Today I made poached eggs and omelette. They were delicious. The omelette was very fluffy and the poached eggs were cooked just right. It was very quick to prepare and the sound of the notification at the end is not as annoying and scary as it was written in other reviews. Personally, it reminds me of a doorbell.
Today I used it for the first time... It is a very good device, even though it seems small, it comfortably fits 7 medium-sized eggs. I added water tightly, and they came out exactly how I like them, with the yolk not being overcooked. They peeled very easily (although it might be because of the egg, I don't know), and mind you, I didn't pierce or crack them. The downside is the annoying noise it makes when it finishes (it reminds me of a civil defense message). I will come back in a month for an update.
