  I have two 12-inch models and one 9-inch model from 2020. I managed to get one of the 12-inch models replaced under warranty because the fan unit was making excessive noise. The other 12-inch model also has a noisy fan unit but it still functions. The 9-inch model displays an E9 error whenever it feels like it. Stay away from CVMORE

  The air conditioner is good and economical in the market and in use (usually does not exceed 1000W consumption per hour after it operates for a while, and in eco mode it burns around 500W sometimes). Generally, it does not make noise, but it is advisable to place the external unit on pads to avoid vibrations. I also encountered the P0 E9 problem (after 2 years of use) that appeared on the screen, but I cleaned the filters and it stopped. I washed them in the bathroom with water, dried them, and put them back in place. I mainly used it for heating.

  HOWEVER, be very careful because the foreign company seems to have abandoned support. There is no mention, of course, of a Wifi module and when I found it in a skroutz store, they told me that it doesn't actually exist. I just hope it doesn't cause any damage because I will probably have to deal with it myself. For the price I paid, however, for the 12, it was very economical (€290).

  I bought it in the summer and was impressed with its performance. However, when I turned it on for heating in the winter, the external unit made a lot of noise and didn't heat properly. It also displayed a PO on the screen. I contacted the dealership and realized that I had made a mistake. Their argument for not providing service was absolutely ridiculous, saying "we have a 24-unit here and it works just fine." I contacted them again, they said they would call me back, but I'm still waiting. Get something else. It's not worth it.

The phone number listed in the brochure (which said it would always be available to you) no longer belongs to a subscriber. For some time now, the air conditioner does not receive a cloud ID and obviously I cannot control it remotely, the app continues to work as long as you are on the same wifi, but outside the space it shows "device is offline".

  I see that some people had issues with damages in this specific model. Mine hasn't had any problems so far, except for the occasional creaking sound coming from the external unit.

  I have it since 7/20. It had good cooling and heating, although we haven't used it for many days. For the past month, it has been showing an E9 problem and then shortly after a P0 problem. We are trying to figure it out with the dealership, but as others have described, nothing has been done. Only one technician came and told us to clean the filters. Which had nothing on them. Not a trace of dust. I will come back with the continuation of the adventure.

  It's been the 20th of the month and all these days I've been on the phone with the dealership. Constantly, a guy "responsible for the technicians" tells me that he has notified the workshop. As much as you have seen a technician, I have seen one too.

  After encouragement and selection by my housewife, I bought 2 cvmore air conditioners in September 2020. One 12,000 BTU in the living room and one 9,000 BTU in the bedroom.
  They were used as the main heating during the winter and I was very satisfied.
  In the summer, I am satisfied with the cooling, especially the 12,000 BTU one.
  I prepare the bedroom with the smaller one and leave it on all night or with a timer for a few hours in the heat of the living room, set at 27-28 degrees. It kept the house cool with low consumption.
  Note that I do not have energy-efficient windows, but old-fashioned ones.
  A very good detail is that the indicator light on the air conditioner can be easily turned off, as I wanted complete darkness in the room at night.
  It has a setting for quiet operation and the filters are easy to clean. (I cleaned them due to the ashes they collected from the fires)

  The 1 star does not go so much for the air conditioner - which got damaged within 3 months - but for the service of CVMORE.
  The air conditioner was purchased in 07/2020 and worked satisfactorily for cooling for about 1.5 to 2 months. For 1.5 months it remained inactive and in 11/2020 we switched it to heating. From the very first moment of operation in heating, it displayed successively the indications E9, PO and stopped working. I called the company to report the problem and they told me that it is not something serious and that they will send a technician. The technician came, opened the outdoor unit, looked at it, closed it and told me that there is no damage and it may be due to the cleanliness of the filters and told me to clean them 1-2 times a week!!
  The problem, as you can imagine, persisted even when I cleaned the filters every 3 days.
  In addition, with each use, after a few minutes of operation and shortly before displaying the indications I mentioned earlier, it made a very loud noise that was annoying both for me and for the neighbors.

  I contacted CVMORE headquarters again to report the problem and they told me that the technicians will call me. After a week of waiting, I contacted them again to repeat the same conversation and to wait this time for 3 days. Finally, I called them for the 3rd time visibly disappointed and angry, demanding an immediate appointment. As it happened, the representative spent exactly 1 minute to talk to the technicians who were in the same room and to schedule an appointment for me on Thursday 25/02/2021 at 09:00 - 12:00.

  They never came!
  And the problem remains until today.

  We spent a winter in our own house with jackets, with an air conditioner that got damaged within 3 months of operation.

  I bought it in early June and now that summer is over and I've been using it almost constantly, I'm sharing my opinion. First of all, I'm only talking about cooling.
  The machine is very reliable and value for money. The maximum operating temperature of the outdoor unit is 55 degrees, which means that if you place the unit in a shady area - as you should, it works very well even in hot weather.
  I am very satisfied, the 12,000 BTU cools a 30 square meter living room easily and quickly, while with the doors open, I leave it open all night at 25 degrees in the small hallway and it sends cool air all the way to the bedroom.
  Regarding the WiFi, because it is being discussed... it is WiFi ready, which means that you need to order the adapter along with the machine, which connects to the air conditioner's circuit board. You need to unscrew, find the circuit board, read in the manual where it goes, and plug it in. I did it. Definitely not easy for someone who doesn't know, but a standard procedure for a technician who installs them.

  It covers up to 70 sqm for sure! Specifically, it is in a space of about 60 sqm, in the living room, and it works at 31 degrees with open balcony doors. During installation, they told me that I made a mistake and bought a very small AC for such a large living room. Fortunately, I proved them wrong!
  It has many functions.
  The ionizer is amazing.
  Economical in terms of electricity consumption.
  I have installed it in all electronic devices either via the internet or through infrared.
  The remote control, although it lights up, I find the screen a bit small, but as I said, it's the same as on mobile phones.
  Very good value for money.

  First of all, I have had it for one day and I have only used the heating function, and everything I write is based on that.

  The outdoor unit is quiet. It also impressed my own refrigeration unit.
  The indoor unit makes noise on the high setting, but as expected, it decreases on the lower settings. I, being sensitive to noise, can "hear" the medium setting as well, but the low setting is fine, and the "sleep" mode is almost silent, although it takes longer to heat up.

  In a living room of about 40 square meters in a corner, it raised the temperature by 5 degrees in 15 - 20 minutes with the fan set to auto. After reaching 20-21 degrees, it increases more slowly. While I am writing this review, on the other side of the room, it went from 21.2 to 22.7 degrees, just to give you an idea of the insulation I have. I closed it for 3-4 minutes, and the temperature dropped from 22.7 to 22.
  I installed the WiFi module. The instructions are not clear and it does not include the screw needed to attach the module (fortunately, I had a screw that fit). Although it is obvious where to place it, to connect the plug of the module, you have to pull the circuit board along with the cables, which are quite tight, so the board does not come out completely, and the plug on top of the board does not have any indication. If you have nimble hands, you can manage, otherwise, let the refrigeration technician who will do the installation handle it.

  The WiFi setup also requires some searching along with the instructions. It requires the app mentioned in the WiFi instruction booklet (not the cvmore AC app). Also, you have to press the "Option" button on the remote control until it goes to the "Display" option and follow the instructions from there, pressing the "Option" button 6 times within 8 seconds (instead of the ECO button mentioned in the instructions). (If you have the remote control in front of you, you will understand which buttons I am referring to). From there, the process is easy.

  The app works even on 4G, which means you can activate the AC before you go home, for example. On the other hand, it means that the AC and the app communicate with the outside world and the servers of the company that provides this feature in cvmore, so choose a strong password during the activation process of the App and the WiFi Module, and not one that you frequently use.

  For some functions, the manual does not provide much information other than the existence of that function, for example, the "I Feel" function, I don't know what it does, it is not mentioned in the manual. Also, this specific function is not available in the Android App.

  I will come back when some time has passed and I have used the cooling function as well.

  EDIT: Today is the fourth day I have it, and a plastic part is making a noise when the fan is set to Medium or High in heating mode, and after the temperature goes above 25 degrees (in the room), it stops making the noise when the temperature drops by 2-3 degrees.

  I was very lucky, as I had ordered and prepaid for the previous model (intense) for over 600€, it broke down, and the store offered me the primus without any additional charge.
  It has been installed in a 35 square meter living room, with a hallway that reaches the other side of the house (a long and narrow house, exposed to wind from two sides, with no insulation, single-pane windows, and no partition walls! Basically, the worst possible scenario, except for sleeping on the balcony..).
  It easily heats up around 55-60 square meters, which surprised us unexpectedly! After last winter, when we had a 12,000 BTU unit that did NOTHING (logical), we had to buy four 2500w heaters to warm up the house.. Result: 14 hours a day, 10,000 watts in total, and 1400€ electricity bill...
  The outdoor unit is ABSOLUTELY silent, which surprised even the technicians. The indoor unit is noisy at high settings, but at medium and low speeds, it operates at around 90% noise level.
  BUY IT WITH CLOSED EYES. The fact that it is wifi ready is a big plus (requires an extra device to operate, around 20€). You can turn it on from your mobile phone before you go home and enter a warm space, just like that..
  Note: With an energy meter, an external temperature of 8 degrees, and a constant internal temperature of 24, the air conditioner maintains it with an average consumption of 350-500 watts!!
  The only downside is that it does not display the current room temperature, but it was solved with a room thermometer that I got from a souvlaki shop.. :P
  If you don't eat souvlaki, set it on automatic mode and set it to 23-26 degrees to finish.
