Elixir's green tea with forest fruits, in a stick, is known for its antioxidant properties which help combat free oxygen radicals. It has less caffeine than black tea and is made from the leaves of a shrub called Camellia sinensis. It should be stored in a cool, dark place, away from light and other strong-smelling items.

During the preparation process, pay attention to the water temperature, as boiling water is bad for the catechins (valuable components of the tea). The ideal water temperature is up to 80 degrees. Then, pour the water over the tea and let it steep for up to 3 minutes before drinking. Of course, the brewing time can be shorter, depending on your taste and preferences.
