Update 3 years after purchase
It's great. I preferred a stainless steel pot because I didn't want the coating to wear off over time like other types of pots. Nor did I want to risk it breaking like what happens with clay/ceramic ones. It's a pot that can be used as 2 separate trays. It also has a rack so that the grilled food doesn't sit at the bottom of the pot or tray. It's not suitable for stovetop cooking like others. It's only for the oven.
It's important to know that it's large. A larger round one may not fit in every oven. The size is good though because it comfortably fits a whole chicken, for example. Although I was afraid that food would stick to the bottom, I don't see any significant problem. Because it's not placed on the stovetop where this problem would be maximized.
Overall, I am satisfied so far. In any case, you are buying something that will last for decades since it doesn't have a coating that will wear off. It can go in the dishwasher without any problem, and you can scrub with wire in case of dried fats, etc. You don't have to worry about the lid breaking like with those with a glass lid.
