It really leaves the hair soft. It's very good before and after the sea but….this scent like butter caramel (!) is so sweet, so intense that especially during the summer months it becomes annoying. Now as for sun protection, I don't know….

I have thin, long, and recently bleached hair, and during the summer I would go to the beach every day (always dunking my head in the water). With this spray that I used after showering, I could easily detangle my hair and it didn't weigh it down at all. It left a very nice scent. Because I knew I would wash my hair again the next day, I would apply a large amount because I didn't care if it got greasy (which it never did), and yet, with daily use for two months and a large quantity, the bottle is only slightly below halfway. So it is definitely value for money.
