I haven't been using it for long, but its installation was immediate and easy with the wireless network, and the print quality is very good even for the photo I printed. The automatic double-sided printing was one of my criteria for choosing it, which, although slow, is very helpful. For the use I wanted it for, I am very satisfied with my purchase.
