Very lightweight moisturizing face cream, absorbs immediately and has a pleasant subtle scent. It has few mild ingredients in its composition and does not irritate the skin.
Why do you write that it has sunscreen protection? It is not mentioned anywhere on the packaging! It didn't sit well on my face, unfortunately, it gave me pimples! However, its texture and scent are very good!
Good cream with sun protection, just probably not for oily skin. My face is oily and at first it's good but after 2-3 hours the oiliness starts to appear. Compared to others much better but I will definitely try another one
It is one of the best products!!! When I started using the cream, my face changed dramatically, it became significantly smoother and more radiant!!! I recommend using it for daily moisturizing and cleansing, either in combination with the Soft Skin soap from Vencil or alternatively with the Mild Foam foam from Frezyderm!!!
Negative: Personally, it felt somewhat heavy on my skin (I recently completed acne treatment, which has left me with combination skin prone to acne in the T-zone). I would recommend checking the ingredients before purchasing as it contains fragrance and BHT (an ingredient that has been considered carcinogenic). A significant negative for me is that Avene has not yet become cruelty-free as of 2023. No cosmetic cream is worth animal testing. I would not buy it again.
Very good. Lightweight, quite moisturizing, leaves a feeling of freshness and freshness, suitable for even the most sensitive skin. Softens the skin quite a bit. I think it is for ages 25-35. It does not cover more needs. I will definitely buy it again
Thin, lightweight, easily absorbed, doesn't require a large amount, doesn't cause irritations/acne/redness (quite the opposite, soothes existing ones) and smells (subtly) clean. Personally, it suited me perfectly.
I have been very satisfied with this specific cream. Since I became pregnant, my skin has become very sensitive and I also cannot tolerate strong fragrances in creams. This one suited me perfectly and I will definitely buy it again! It has a very light feeling and a very subtle scent. It moisturizes without feeling sticky and leaving residue
Not satisfied at all. It left white flakes on my face when it dried, even though I tried my best every time to apply it evenly and be careful with the amount. You rub it to remove it and it just starts coming off from everywhere. Awful feeling. I would never buy it again under any circumstances.
I initially used the moisturizer without sunscreen. This version with sunscreen seems very useful to me and has the same texture as the regular cream. It may be slightly thicker, but in reality, it doesn't have any difference
I am 33 years old and have been using hydrance legere since I was 18!!!!! No matter how many brands I have tried (almost all of them because I am a pharmacist), I always end up with this wonderful face cream!!!!! And the cream with SPF is fantastic!!!
Very nice cream for winter and summer. I bought it for combination skin and it absorbs perfectly. It's exactly what you need if you want SPF and moisturizing in one product.
I bought this cream after a reaction my skin had to another moisturizer from a well-known company. It hasn't caused me any problems in the month that I have been using it. It has a light texture and absorbs quickly, and its scent is pleasant and subtle.
It doesn't do anything special in terms of hydration. It is a bit difficult to absorb compared to others that are absorbed instantly. There are much better ones at the same price.
My skin is normal with occasional dryness. This cream has satisfied me a lot, it is light on my face, it has no color, and it also provides sun protection with SPF30, which I consider necessary even in winter, as my dermatologist has informed me. Whether we like it or not, we have to wear SPF, especially in Greece with the strong sunlight. This entails some compromises in the feel of the cream on the skin, it may feel heavier to some. But I think that protection from radiation is more important than the perfect feel of a cream on the face.
I have already bought it many times. Light composition that does not burden my skin. I believe it maintains a very good balance between the tendency of my face to be oily or dry.
light: my favorite face cream! It does what it promises in a discreet way. No one will notice that you're wearing cream and you won't even feel it unless you touch your face to make sure you've applied it. This is what I've been looking for for a long time, trying many creams. Finally, a golden balance. Hydration, yes. But you don't shine, you don't feel suffocated, you don't stick. Discreet and fragrance-free. Of course, I will buy it again and again.
Overall, I have combination skin but I feel like it "pulls" me and that I still need hydration even in the oily areas of my T-zone. With the 'Light' cream, I am super satisfied all year round. I love it!
I was not satisfied... It has changed its composition and now it is quite heavy for my skin (sensitive with acne tendency)... It can only be used for neck/decollete... I would not buy it again...
Unfortunately, Avene discontinued the first release of this specific cream with SPF 20 and replaced it with SPF 30, which feels a bit heavy on combination skin for a daily moisturizer
With an SPF of 30, it feels like a heavy sunscreen. It is definitely not like the old formula of light hydrance. This one is quite heavy and greasy for a light cream. The plain one without SPF is much better. I have normal to combination skin and it leaves a lot of oiliness when I wear this cream. If you have dry skin and want a cream that provides hydration and sun protection, then it's okay.
First of all, from what I see, most of the previous comments refer to the old hydrance optimale legere uv SPF20, which has nothing to do with the new Spf30. Different composition, different texture, a dramatic difference. It is not related to what it describes. It leaves an oily residue even on the hand with which you applied it. We are not talking about a light texture like the old one. The old one had a thin and lightweight texture, this one is like a sunscreen, not a cream with a protection factor. Very disappointing!! I did not expect this from Avene. I wonder if they are tested before they are released on the market because here the difference is extreme and it is not subjective.
Also, if someone wants a light composition and matte but with an SPF higher than 20, they will not find all these in a day cream, so they should go to the category of sunscreens.
Because it could not be feasible in the optimale legere uv that I was using until yesterday. The new composition along with the higher SPF makes it very heavy. Personally, I did not need this cream with a higher SPF, based on my skin color and generally most Greek women who are neither very fair nor dark-skinned, it is okay, at least I used it and in the summer on the beach and it provided me with sufficient protection and I did not tan on my face as much as on the rest of my body {Of course, here I should add that I did not sit for hours in the sun or get wet on my face as I wear contact lenses. If someone dives, they definitely go for a waterproof sunscreen with more than 20 spf- And if they don't want any tanning at all, they go for a 50 spf.}
If they wanted a sunscreen, they should have made one, but to abolish the old one and put this one in its place, which have nothing to do with each other, is a big mistake!
Excellent face cream, light and pleasant and does the job. Of course, it also depends on each person's skin (mine is slightly dry and it is just what I need)
