Obviously, they had been used in another project and for cost reasons, they put them in this cabinet. As a consumer, I was annoyed because no one informed me, neither in the description, nor from the store, nor was there any indication of retail/used/refurbished. I keep it in my possession because where it is placed, no one will see it; otherwise, it is for replacement.
