I give it 2 stars because the first one we bought from Kotsovolos had to be exchanged because the first socket didn't provide power. In the other one, on the third day, when we turned on the on-off switch, it emitted a spark towards the USB ports. We use it for charging mobile phones, tablets, and laptops. The truth is that it is not as good in quality as the Legrand one we have. I hope it behaves correctly during a power outage. Since we have only had it for a few days, I will come back for more.
