  It worked for a week and suddenly stopped. I sent it to the company for repair and it came back two weeks later with a note from a technician stating that the plug was not properly connected to the circuit board. Now it works, but the indicator lights in the front do not turn on. It's not worth even 100 euros, let alone the 300+ it currently costs. The company has failed at least with dehumidifiers, what a waste of money! From now on, stay away from anything Morris, they are simply unreliable.

  Bought it a week ago. Raised the temperature of the house by 2 degrees. Maisonette with not so good insulation. The big surprise comes when you empty the tank for the first time. All this water sits in the room and we breathe it! I also put it in the 2 bedrooms with the closets open. and it pulled a lot of water from there. Overall, I was a little skeptical about how much it helps. Especially for us who live in Northern Greece, it is a "must"!
  Very good job and the ionizer, it cleans the atmosphere of the room. It also eliminates odors from cooking, smoking, or the smell from the fireplace.
  I bought the 24l with wifi. The tuya application is very user-friendly for adjusting the dehumidifier when you are away from home. Satisfactory noise levels since we are talking about a machine with a compressor. The low fan speed and sleep mode are really quiet. The clothes drying function is extremely useful.

  I operate it in the SMART mode.
  It does stop at 53%, but when it opens after half an hour, it detects the new humidity and the compressor operates accordingly.
  When it stops functioning, the humidity indicator is the same as the hygrometer's. This is logical because it lowers the humidity around it and operates based on its own indicator, not the one four meters away.
  So, I used the i-feel function.
  Indeed, IF you activate it from the remote control, it works based on the humidity you selected from the remote control, but it shows the desired humidity and not the one it detects???
  As for the noise, the fan is not silent (I have a silent fan), but it is not loud either. The compressor sounds like a compressor, but you have to try to hear it.
  Ultimately, I would say it sounds without being a significant problem. (If it didn't make noise in a closed space, how would it function?)
  The WiFi is useful for monitoring it from work or for activating it whenever and however you want. Also necessary for using it with ALEXA.

  In summary, the atmosphere is indeed noticeably more comfortable. Various differences are observable in terms of temperature sensation, odors, and the feel of the sheets and sofas. Also, the average temperature has increased.

The only negative thing we have found after 2 months of use is that the power cord is a bit short and we need to use an extension, for example in the child's room where there is no easily accessible outlet.

  Permanently removes moisture from the space by 80%+ in 1-2 days, since then we maintain it whenever needed, trying to keep it around 60%. Measurements are based on a meteorological station and not the device itself, I think there is a deviation due to poor sensor placement.

  When the water tank is full, the device goes into standby mode and emits a low-intensity sound once. Then the special indicator light indicating a full tank remains on. We then turn off the device, empty it, and reactivate it in 5 minutes (according to the instructions for proper use, after a pause, this interval should be inserted until reactivation). The water tank (4lt) is easy to transport.

  The construction material is not the strongest, but it looks nice. Keep in mind that it is covered with a membrane (which is really not visible). We have not removed it and I would say it takes effort to find the edges to pull! Also, it seems to scratch easily because of this membrane, it is not due to poor plastic quality.

  It is relatively quiet unless it is set to High mode. Then it does make a loud noise, but it is not so annoying, although it does not mean that it would be easy for most people to get used to it and sleep in the same room. Ours does not creak at all, even without a mat underneath, nor does the compressor make strange sounds very often.

  We are not really sure about the effectiveness of the Ionizer-UV in air purification and odors, it probably improves the air quality to some extent even with limited use.

  The Child Lock function is helpful if there are pets, in addition to children, and the remote control capability as well. The app (Tuya Smart) is quite user-friendly, but it can be improved.

  We have had it in our possession for almost two months now. A quite high-quality machine. The smart function is perhaps the only issue. I think it "overdoes" it in terms of energy saving. It stays more in idle mode than in operation, even if the humidity levels have risen quite a bit. Of course, it depends on how each person sees it, as well as how much they use it and, of course, the location of the property also plays a significant role. Different humidity levels in mountainous areas, different in flat areas, and different in coastal areas. I just wanted to inform mainly those who are going to buy this particular device to pay attention to one very important thing. The defective product. The first dehumidifier that came to us was defective. The touch buttons did not work, only the power on/off. Also, the dehumidifier was completely silent, which raises suspicions about its functioning, but as "novices" with such devices, we considered it perfectly normal as we had read some reviews that highlighted the almost silent operation (which indeed the noise is almost minimal) and somehow the misinterpretation is not long in coming. Finally, the "defrosting status" light (shown as a "cup" on the machine, near the power on/off) was flashing continuously, which in a non-defective product only lights up to remind that the water tank is full and needs to be emptied for the dehumidifier to start working again. So if it shows all these or similar "strange" things to the buyer, then they should immediately contact the technical department of the store where the purchase was made and proceed to a replacement. For this reason, it is good to keep warranties and purchase receipts in one place for any eventuality. It is certainly a machine that almost every household should have (if someone can afford to buy it), as it helps a lot in saving heating. It will not completely "replace" heating but will help in almost completely eliminating the humidity in the space, which causes the most damage to it...

  Years user of Meaco dehumidifiers, and I decided to make a change because I wanted the Wifi function as well. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a wrong choice. The device was used in an unoccupied house and was connected with a 4-meter hose. Although it was placed on a chair to allow for water flow, the dehumidifier, after expelling the water from the hose, filled up the tank within a day, causing it to stop due to being full. I sent it to the service center twice, and they replied that it was functioning normally and had no issues as long as it was connected to the provided hose (approximately 1 meter in length). This particular dehumidifier does not have the power to push water through a 4-meter hose, only if the entire hose is inclined to allow the water to flow naturally. Unacceptable, especially when the dealership does not acknowledge this as a defect and refuses returns, especially when the manual states that for optimal performance, it should be placed in the center of the room (you should consider changing your house and installing a drain in the center). Meaco dehumidifiers work with 6-meter hoses on the floor.

  Purchased through an eshop on Black Friday 12 days ago, the 20-liter with wifi.
  Due to the immediate availability and positive comments here.
  It arrived on Monday.
  Easy connection with wifi, as well as easy and very useful application that suggests and renders the small modern controller useless.
  From the first moment, it had a malfunction with the water tank that we couldn't get to work for more than 10 minutes in 7 days of trying.
  Regardless of the water level, from completely empty to half full, it would stop every 10 minutes indicating that it is full.
  With a gentle tap on the container, it would unlock and work normally for about 10-15 minutes.
  While it worked for "those 10 minutes," it worked well in terms of performance and quietly, considering it's a machine with a compressor... you can easily consider it quiet.
  On the eighth day, there was no reason to continue living with tender taps on the plastic container of the new dehumidifier.
  We contacted the store and the replacement was made on the tenth day with physical presence in the store (although it was purchased on Black Friday and the price on the day of replacement was over 100€ more, it was done immediately without any additional charge).
  The same dehumidifier (replacement) that I personally took from the shelf, when I opened it at home, I found that it was hastily packaged inside, dirty (crumpled bags, fingerprints everywhere, and the tube that you want to throw in the trash can). No exaggeration.
  The most important thing is that it works properly.
  There is no issue with the container.
  But it's not just quiet.
  The difference in noise is Huge for the same machine we are talking about.
  It stops without any indication on its own and without reaching the setting you have programmed for it.
  For me, try another model from a different brand. It's not worth the trouble, honestly, I'm ashamed to return it for the second time and be fooled, as they say.

  I received the dehumidifier (24L) on 29/11/2021. My initial conclusions from its operation so far are as follows:
  a) Very powerful machine. It quickly reduces humidity to desired levels.
  b) Surprisingly quiet. I had read user reviews saying that it sounds like a broken refrigerator, etc., and the truth is that I was slightly influenced. I can't understand how someone wrote such a review. I have it in the living room on high mode and I watch TV without any disturbance. I believe that in low mode, it can be comfortably used in a room.
