I will say a few words to help someone. I have had over 7-8 dehumidifiers in my hands, never Morris. I decided to buy 2, the 20300 and the 16400 wireless. They are identical models, so I will talk about one. The build quality is mediocre to poor, cheap plastic, generally looks Chinese, someone will say that's a small issue, as long as it works well. Secondly, the noise, the compressor gives a vibration and a noise like an old refrigerator struggling, unbearable, nothing like any dehumidifier I have had or seen working with my own eyes. Thirdly, they deceive people about the activated carbon filter. It has a basic mesh filter for nothing and the carbon filter is a peel that covers 1/3 of the filter. In other words, it is COMPLETELY useless, marketing, whatever they call it. Essentially, the dehumidifier does not have a filter. It costs 220 euros and for 250 euros you can get an Inventor XL20 that has a true HEPA filter, is COMPLETELY silent (I know because I bought it for my parents a month ago), and its build quality is like comparing a Fiat to a Porsche. Whoever wants to listen to me, stay away from Morris, the ultimate Chinese product, go to other companies like Inventor and Toyotomi, for example, SUPERIOR dehumidifiers. Finally, I wonder about those who write positive reviews (probably it is their first dehumidifier and they had no point of comparison, I can't justify it otherwise). So, when they opened the carbon filter and realized that it only covered 1/3 of the air intake and that it is a peel, they liked it? Oh, I almost forgot, the humidity percentages on the dehumidifier and the remote control, nonsense! Checked with a precision instrument I have for humidity. The indications on the dehumidifier are so inaccurate that I put it in a room with a wet clothes rack, confirmed by 2 instruments I have, it had 80% humidity and the Morris showed 44%, we are talking about such mistakes. Fortunately, there is also the option to return them and I have both for a refund. Let me put it differently, if a good Inventor, for example, costs 250 euros, the right price for the Morris would be 80 euros. I hope to save people with my evaluation...

  Significant deviation from the humidity measuring instrument. It operates or stops at points it shouldn't. In 4 years, it had an issue with the water container. It shows that it is full even though I have emptied it. It no longer works for this reason. Apart from its good appearance and the likeable price when I bought it (220), it is not worth purchasing in any other case.

  Very good dehumidifier, initially it is beautiful in terms of design and does not ruin the aesthetics inside the house. It has an automatic program for the correct adjustment of humidity inside the house, without drying out the air excessively (however, someone can also adjust it themselves to the desired level). It has a laundry program for drying clothes (it has saved me especially during winter!!!!). The tank is large and does not fill up easily. Finally, it has an ionization system with a lamp (personally, I do not use it). Easily removable filters for cleaning them!!

  I have been using it every day for three months. In a space of 30 sq. m., it reduces humidity from 70-75% to 45-55% in about two hours at maximum intensity. It also cleans the air of odors due to the carbon filter it has. The noise it makes, even at the highest setting, does not bother me during the day. The only issue I have is that only two of the four wheels move in all directions, making it difficult to move from one spot to another. I recommend it as a good dehumidifier ionizer.

  - After a year, it works perfectly. I placed it in a basement to reduce humidity, and it runs continuously as long as the humidity is above 50%.

  In a 13sqm bedroom with closed windows because our baby is 5 months old and wakes up easily with noises, the humidity was reaching 75/79% when the air conditioner (a new Toyotomi) was set at 25/26 degrees. When we set it to 23 degrees, the humidity dropped to 63%.

  With the Morris 16300i dehumidifier, in Sleep mode, it feels like it's not even plugged in. Zero noise. The air conditioner is set at 26 degrees and the humidity goes down from 75/79% to 45-47%.

  It's the best. You can feel the air with your nose, that's how clean it is. I don't regret spending 249 euros on it. Go ahead and get it without any fear.

  In my possession for the last 2 months. Since the day it was purchased, it has not turned off except when we leave the house. The dehumidifier works for a space of 60sqm but it is also suitable for larger spaces. However, the layout of the house also plays a role, meaning if the house is in a straight line and it is placed in the middle, it will do the job but not as effectively as it should, it needs to be distributed in the rooms (in my opinion). The tank easily lasts for 8 hours when full. Personally, because I have a lot of humidity during the winter and especially on rainy days, it works at its full capacity. In terms of noise, it is like a turbo air conditioner and it also depends on the person, meaning it doesn't bother me and I can sleep even with the regular function. At night, we put it on sleep mode, in which the lighting is turned off and everything is fine. It is definitely worth the money, I highly recommend it!

  I should have bought it here and a few years ago, at least since it came out. I have a big problem with humidity in my house, the windows drip every morning when we wake up, the walls are pitch black, and literally the wall in my bedroom was wet as if it was being hit by a wave. As soon as I started using this gem, everything improved. The windows stopped dripping, the walls dried up, and the frost inside the house melted. It reduces the humidity from 85% to 60-55%, and even the heating in the house seems unnecessary. It works at a high pace because as long as the dehumidifier is running, the temperature is maintained at very good levels. It covers an area of about 100 square meters. I turn it on at night and turn it off in the morning on the smart mode, which is energy-efficient and effectively removes the humidity. We emptied the water tank twice in the first twenty-four hours. We confirmed what we suspected, that the humidity was excessive (from 77% when it started operating, it reached the desired levels almost twenty-four hours later). The quality of sleep was different. The temperature is excellent in a 70sqm house. With quite cold weather the past two days, we didn't need to turn on the heater (something we did on warmer days due to high humidity levels and the desired result). With the ionizer and UV functions, you feel the air is clean. We still need to test the clothes drying feature to be 100% satisfied with our purchase.   In the 2 years of use, the screen that displays the humidity month by month completely faded and they want 20€ just for the replacement board. Of course, it is not covered by the warranty since 2 years have passed. It does the job, although I haven't tried another brand to compare. It makes quite a bit of noise on full power. However, if you put it on low, it doesn't work properly. The key is to suck in as much air as possible while the compressor is running.

  Like all dehumidifiers, it needs to be cleaned every year because the coil gets clogged with dust and it is very difficult to open the plastic parts. It has many screws, so screws need to be removed in order to clean it properly.

  I really recommend it, if you put it on the powerful mode you will notice minimal noise but it is really perfect because it reduces humidity to desired levels and heats the space quite well, especially during this period with difficulty in heating due to cost, as it also emits warm air and I have all the doors open, it has a clothes drying function which is important for all of us in winter, it is worth its money and more, the air in the space is clean. When it's operating, it exceeds the decibels stated in the specifications by far. I have it in the hallway of the house, I close the door of the room and I can still hear it. For example, if it operates for 30 minutes, it makes a noise of 25. I informed Morris, sent it to the service, they told me it needed an adjustment but the noise continues normally. I'm not talking about the sound of the air it emits. There is a loud noise. It operates silently and suddenly something "starts up" inside, a metallic sound is heard, and then this noise.

  If the sound is normal (in Smart mode), then it is not silent, not by any means. If it is not normal, then the dehumidifier is problematic and the company refuses to do anything about it.

  Sometimes I read comments and wonder... initially, no dehumidifier works miracles... when I activated it, I had 60% humidity compared to what I read, things are not so tragic... in less than half an hour of using the dehumidifier, the humidity dropped below 55%... the noise you mention... I don't hear it... yes, when you put it on high, it is loud, but don't be overly dramatic, it's like an air conditioner on turbo... as for the build quality, it's fine... both Morris and Inventor are made in China... they are of the same quality... I have worked with both of them... with Morris being slightly better... when commenting, try to describe your own experiences and not be biased... as for the negatives, maybe the tank could be better, but it doesn't fill up quickly and why would it, I don't have excessive humidity... update: the humidity remains consistently low... We opened it, turned it on, and that's when the problems started automatically... If you accidentally touched it, it would show that the tank is full and stop. I thought something was wrong, so I contacted the company and they told me to send it back to them for free inspection, etc. Repackaging and shipping again. It leaves, they call me and say, "Sir, the sensor is broken, we'll fix it and send it back." From phone call to phone call, it arrives 10 days later. I open the package, see it's broken, and I call them. They tell me it's the courier's fault. I contact the courier, calm down, put it back in operation. This time, the tank sensor was fine, but the humidity sensor was not. For example, before it went for service, it showed, let's say, 78%, and the control panel showed 76-80, but after it came back, it was constantly at 25-26, while the control panel showed 76-80. I call the company again, they tell me to put a wet towel and take it tomorrow, and the same thing happens again. I call them again and tell them it doesn't change even 1%, they tell me that's the humidity you have. I tell them it's not, they tell me to send it back to them. Repackaging, resending, waiting again, more phone calls, until they tell me it's repaired and send me a completely different dehumidifier from mine. Seriously, damn the hour and the moment, it's not mine! No, they say, you're mistaken! Not to mention other things, it's simply the worst thing I've bought in 34 years.   Better look for another brand because Morris advertises a lot and we all fell for it...
