It does exactly what it says. The taste is so-so but tolerable. I definitely prefer it as it is, rather than having a lot of sweeteners. For difficult cases, along with the cube, you can also eat 2-3 dried (or not) apricots / figs. This is because each cube contains 1.93g of dietary fiber, while for proper bowel function, we need 25g of dietary fiber from our food daily. On the negative side, the price is high for the small amount of dietary fiber it provides.
The first time it worked, but after that it didn't. It sticks to the teeth and leaves a bad sensation in the mouth. For difficult cases, two cubes are needed.
It doesn't always perform the same, but it is a very good solution. Its disadvantage is the price when you have to buy it daily.
