In size, it is about the size of a large melon.
Initially, the product has two different shades of pink. I chose the dark one and I received the light one instead. Some of the links show one product and some show the other. I ordered from Larissa Athens because they had the dark pink on their site, but I received the light one. Apart from that, there is no way to inflate it, you have to buy a pump or go to a gas station.
It arrived very quickly. Of course, it was deflated and I went to a gas station to inflate it. I mainly use it as a seat in front of the computer where I work for many hours. It helps me maintain a good body posture.
I bought it for exercises before pregnancy and it is excellent! I will definitely use it for Pilates classes as well!
