I installed them on a 55'' (3-4 months) to accentuate a stone wall behind it, and I can say that it fit perfectly. Very nice colors in the preset of the remote control, and quite satisfactory brightness (especially at night). One positive aspect is that it draws power from the USB, so I didn't have to overload the back of the TV with power supplies and hanging cables for their power. 100% fair deal, using a USB port of the TV to save space and cables.
Another positive for me is that they only turn on when the TV is turned on due to the USB, so you can set the color and forget about it, you don't need to deal with it again.
I bought it 1.5 years ago. At first, it was fine, sufficient lighting for the purpose I wanted it for (just as a decoration behind the TV), nice colors. The remote control is completely fake, had issues from the beginning, just like the double-sided tape, very weak. So from the beginning, I had to use sellotape to keep it in place. It worked for 6 months and then it was over. Half of the LEDs light up, most of the colors don't work anymore, the double-sided tape completely dried out and was only held together by the sellotapes. With the slightest movement, the tapes disconnect from each other (there are 3 in the package). So it's time to throw it away. It's okay for a temporary solution somewhere, but nothing more. I will definitely buy a better one.
It does not emit enough light. The TV must be close to the wall for the LED strip to illuminate. Also, although the remote control has many colors and buttons, nothing happens when you press them. You can only turn on certain ones
After 2-3 years and they still hold up. Their glue wasn't good from the beginning but okay. For their price, they are fine.
I have had this LED strip for about 2 years. I had installed it around my desk to create the perfect atmosphere for my gaming setup. I can say that for its price, it is very reliable. As I have already mentioned, it has lasted for 2 years with full usage in every PC function. The materials used in this specific category are very good! The downside was with the connections between the strips, as I encountered an issue where the connections would come loose and I had to reattach them. Another negative aspect is with the commands I gave through the remote control, as after a certain point, some colors stopped working.
Guys, I installed them on the television, until I connect them all from the back, I sit on the couch and the remote control has already broken, so I can't use it. To turn them on or off, I have to unplug them from the USB socket behind the TV. The buttons on the remote control were not working well from the beginning and the variety of colors compared to other LED lights I had before was very limited. Very small differences between shades and no relation between the color of the buttons and reality. It's a shame for the 10€.
Some of the connectors did not fit well needed to adjust slightly each time when switched on to get proper connection
The only negative thing is that the tape comes off after about 2 hours
Okay guys, we pay 9€, let's not ask for luxuries. Not that 9€ are not valuable, but here it applies that you get what you pay for.
Initially, it consists of 4 pieces of 50 centimeters each, which you have to put in a specific order to light up all the pieces at the same time. At least that's how it was for me.
The connection to the TV with USB is fine. When I turn it on, it lights up and when I turn it off, the strip automatically turns off.
The big problem is the adhesive. On the same day of installation, it started to come off.
So if you want something economical, I suggest you buy it, but you definitely need a double-sided tape so that you don't have to deal with the strip every now and then.
Very nice LED strip, but it doesn't stick well and the connections should be longer. If you have a large TV (55 inches), you might need 2 packs of LED strips and an extra adhesive to stick it well on the TV as it comes off the same day.
The movie is a disaster in terms of quality. I bought two, and in order for one to work, you had to hold it down at a certain point where it had cracked, and the other one had two of the first LED lights not working. Money wasted.
It simply doesn't fit well. Otherwise, for its price, it's perfect. I have it behind the TV... it creates atmosphere
The worst thing I have ever bought, terrible lighting (I put it on a 55" TV) a candle illuminates more!!! Maybe along the way, the product they sell is of lower quality than what I used to sell!!... what can I say!! useless!!!!
A decent LED strip that is worth putting as backlighting.
Positives:
- Strong illumination
- You can use as many pieces as you want (increase or decrease length)
- Slim controller (can be placed on top of the screen frame without being visible)
Negatives:
- The white color appears as a shade of blue in most films (due to color mixing)
- The double-sided tape is of poor quality and comes off after a few hours
- Limited color palette
Opinion:
With the same amount of money, you can buy a 5m strip with more colors. But this is a personal opinion.
Conclusion: It is a very good solution to have it behind the screen due to its intense illumination, and I recommend it
Usually I don't do reviews, but here I will do a brief one.
First, they came off within a week, and second, immediately after that, half of the colors stopped working, no brightness, etc.
Overall, terrible
I placed it on the side of my desk, the adhesive is useless and only the first LED strip responds to the remote control commands. The rest are red. Absolute BAD Chinese product. Do not make the mistake and waste your money.
Everything is okay, but I wasn't thrilled because the glue was coming off and needed reinforcement. The light needs to be placed in a visible spot for the remote control to work. In short, it's okay.
2 stars and let the rating seem excessively low.
Every week I climb up to stick it back on the 55" I have in the room. Unacceptable double-sided tape. This story has become a real torture. Today I said: last time!
The links that connect the 4 sections of the tape are very loose, resulting in them disconnecting with the slightest touch and making the whole process even more unbearable. I would not buy this product again.
Rethink it.
The glue is not very good. I bought it twice to cover a larger surface and one power supply burned out immediately

It was installed on a 43-inch LG TV. It was difficult to install and I struggled a lot to achieve a good result. For now, the adhesive seems to be good, but only time will tell. As for the colors, they are bright and for the price of 11€ that I paid, they are fine. However, it constantly interferes with the TV remote control, turning on and off, so I use it sparingly
After a small battle with the glue gun and an adhesive because an extension contact got dissolved... and with a lot of double-sided tape so that the LED strips wouldn't come off the back of the screen all the time, it is perfect. I wasn't looking for something more complicated like camera tracking, etc., but I expected it to be more sturdy. Without the makeshift solutions, it would have ended up in the trash within a few minutes.
It was installed on an LG OLED 55'' and unfortunately the lighting is particularly low for the size of the television, but it does the job to some extent. Generally, it has sufficient lighting if placed on other surfaces or on TVs up to 43''.
It is one of the cheapest ones that someone can find in a Greek store, installation is easy but they do not include instructions inside the box for someone who may not know.
Quite good although it doesn't say that it's also suitable for computers.
EDIT: The double-sided tape is not that good
As you can see in the pictures, it has plenty of lighting for USB. At least for me, it worked out the way I wanted. Now, on the negative side, it is not smart. BUT! With a broadlink, which can control IR, RF devices like this one, you can integrate it and make it smart. Overall, very satisfied with the product. As for durability, I will come back and update if anything happens. That's all from me
Very good easy application with many lighting options in colors and speed control of the lighting... As for durability, I have no opinion because I received it yesterday... I will definitely buy it again for my TV.
The white light it claims to have has nothing to do with reality. Other than that, it is a decent LED strip that could be priced at 10 euros.
The only negative thing, like any LED strip, is that it doesn't stick well and needs additional adhesive. I added double-sided tape and now it stays perfectly fine!
In my opinion, this product has low brightness and is not easy to install on small televisions. I have had it for 2 months and it does not have good lighting, and I would say it is only 1/3 of what it claims to be.
It has moderate lighting, but it's okay for behind the TV, especially in low lighting in the room. The remote is big, not like the classic RGB lighting remotes, and there's no reason for it since it only performs the basic functions! The LED strip had double-sided 3M tape, so it stuck well to the plastic of the TV. The one major negative I encountered is that when pressing the TV remote, the LED strip's color also changes. I wouldn't recommend it, it's better to spend an extra 5 euros and get something better!
It seems very good so far. Especially on a white wall, the lighting is very strong and clear. The only complaint I have is that it is a whole strip and it is a bit difficult to install as you have to cut it to cover all sides of the TV. In other similar ones, there are also corner adapters included to cut it and connect them to create the corners.
