1. The water level is not easily visible unless the water lid is open and it gets light.
2. It is relatively slow in brewing coffee.
3. It is made of such thin plastic that it feels like a child's toy.
4. The carafe is difficult to insert and remove from its position.
5. The switch does not automatically turn off when boiling is complete.
6. The switch can accidentally turn off even if it is in the middle of boiling.

I have it for 2 years, daily use, excellent coffee maker. With proper maintenance, it will be like new. The coffee stays hot for up to 6 hours. It's worth its money

It makes aromatic coffee that stays hot for 6 hours. It has a stainless steel carafe and overall sturdy construction. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I have had it for two months and I'm going for another one, the only good thing is the thermos jug.
At first, it seemed good to me, although the material seems very fake at first glance, but when you shop online and you don't see the product, you get disappointed. After the first week, I realized that something is not right, the taste of the coffee changed and now it started to get stuck (it doesn't shut off automatically like before). Now the coffee it produces has a terrible taste. I don't know if there is any warranty because it is not mentioned in any document.

It's been a year since I have it and it's very good. Fast, the water doesn't decrease with boiling nor does it produce steam, the coffee is very good in taste, the carafe is durable, it keeps the coffee hot for hours and doesn't burn on the outside. In the cup, the coffee doesn't come out at all to simmer, it's so hot that you can almost immediately drink it. I believe the quality of the coffee you use plays a role, the coffee maker works perfectly!

Replaced a well-known top product that I couldn't find available. I chose a) brand b) thermos jug. The thermos is okay, but the coffee maker is tragic - IT BURNS THE COFFEE!!! Favorite brands in this coffee maker had a strong ACIDIC taste. Truly disgusting, it ruined my mornings, and when I bought a replacement from the store, I realized I wasted my money. I bought another glass one. In the end, this coffee maker cost me a total of 130€, including the additional coffees for testing and the new device!!! STAY AWAY FROM THE PRODUCT & the BRAND that makes and throws anything on the market.

Finally, no more broken jugs. I can't remember how many coffee makers we threw away because of a broken jug and the high cost of replacement. No more dirty heating elements from spilled coffee.

Krups coffee maker. Beautiful, with a thermal jug for clean work, without dripping, without burning. Of course, the cups indicated on the device do not correspond to reality. One jug fills about 6 cups of 200ml, which is a normal amount for someone to drink a coffee.

The coffee maker still works fine and the coffee retains its aroma. However, we don't use it daily because many times we drink hot instant coffee.

The best coffee maker quickly makes coffee and keeps it warm for at least 4 hours. The plastic materials are very good and it is easy to use with a button that turns it off by itself. It is worth its money
