The HyperX Cloud II is designed to be an extremely comfortable gaming headset with amazing sound. It features large 53mm drivers that produce powerful, rich, and accurate sound. Additionally, it has built-in virtual 7.1 surround sound, offering an impressive spatial audio experience and allowing you to recognize the position and movement of sounds within the game.
It also features comfortable memory foam ear cushions and an adjustable headband for an excellent fit and long-term comfort during your gaming sessions. The headset also includes a detachable microphone with noise cancellation, which allows for clear and precise communication with other players.
The Virtual 7.1 Surround Sound provides you with an upgraded level of audio accuracy that will give you a competitive edge.
Feel the HyperX difference in the details, such as our signature memory foam, premium leatherette, weight distribution, and clamping force. A more comfortable experience is achieved by adjusting these factors. This makes a huge difference during longer gaming sessions or whenever the headset is worn for extended periods.
The advanced USB audio control box with built-in digital signal processing (DSP) sound card enhances your sound and voice.
Hear the rich, impressive sounds of your games with clarity and precision. The specially tuned 53 mm drivers allow you to get lost in the game world or focus on important audio elements.
The aluminum frame is flexible enough to adapt to different head sizes and durable, so it is ready to play day after day.
Keep communications clear and reduce ambient noise so it doesn't affect your voice chat.
The noise-canceling microphone is designed to reduce or eliminate ambient noise during audio recording. Noise cancellation works by using two microphones: the main microphone and the noise-canceling microphone. The main microphone detects the overall sound, including noise, while the noise-canceling microphone detects only the noise.

Purchased in 2022. We're heading into 2025 and they still work flawlessly (speakers + microphone) and of course, I'm not changing them. Excellent sound and the microphone is amazing as evidenced by the hundreds of hours of webex I've logged with this headset.... Only their price has skyrocketed...
I bought these headphones about 2 years ago for around 70 euros, and I am very satisfied with them. The only negative I would say is the sound of the microphone, because it is a bit different from other headphones. However, if that doesn't bother you, they are very good headphones.
Good quality and nice, full sound with quite pronounced bass. It takes a few hours of use to open up and not press and create discomfort in the ears. The 7.1 surround is satisfactory
Perhaps one of the best headphones I have bought at a similar price. I got them 5 months ago and so far they haven't suffered any damage. The cable is very sturdy and I am not afraid it will break like some other headphones I had. The ear cushions are of quite good quality in my opinion with no wear after daily use for 5 months. From what I've been told by the people who hear me, the microphone is of quite good quality and you can adjust both the microphone and the sound from the adapter that comes with it.
The build quality was terrible, the sound was awful, the microphone didn't work well, and one day they just stopped working. They didn't last even a year and the 1p0
Very sturdy construction and good sound and microphone quality. The only downside is that it doesn't have a mute button for the microphone and volume control. Other than that, a very powerful product, worth the money.
Good evening, bad product after two months of use suddenly, without any damage and completely untouched, the sound card of the headphones stopped working, resulting in them not functioning when tested on another computer. It is unacceptable for a two-month-old product to be so defective. Is there any warranty?
Good sound but they are too tight for me. Compared to the Kraken I had, they are not comfortable at all. The quality is relatively good. I regret the purchase.
The plastic that holds the headphones broke in less than a year, resulting in the headphones not being held by the headband, which is not covered by the warranty. The sound is pretty good, the microphone is satisfactory, although it could be a little better. In terms of comfort, it's okay for me, as I have a relatively large head. I can't understand where all this hype for these headphones comes from.
It would be fine if they hadn't used cheap materials for the parts that hold the headphones. Until now, I have a broken screw and a piece of plastic missing from the other headphone that broke into pieces. I would understand if I dropped it or something, but they just didn't hold up
Great headphones, I have had them for over 2.5 years and they have endured all kinds of abuse, whether it's water or maximum volume, they don't give up. The sound is crystal clear, and they also come with a small microphone that you can connect to the headphones if you want. High-quality headphones at a very reasonable price for what they offer.
I have them since 2018 and they still work perfectly. They have accumulated many hours of use and have endured countless falls, the only thing that has worn out is the leather from use. Simply perfect
The best headphones that have passed through my hands.
Amazing mic and incredible sound isolation.
Very good sound and satisfactory bass.
The headphones were much better than the Kingston Hyper X ones but they continue to be decent from HP.
Mediocre headphones with a bad microphone. After eight months, the plastic that holds the earpiece broke without anything else falling. Only from using them to put on and take off. Unacceptable for headphones that cost 70 euros. Stay away.
Update: The store refused to exchange them, even though they are still under warranty and it is clear that it is a manufacturing defect. So, with a little instant glue and two ties, I repaired them as you can see in the photo. I suggest you do the same in advance to reinforce the plastic before they break on you because they will definitely break.
I give it 4 stars unfortunately because no one mentions the fact that when connected to the PS5 via USB, the amplifier is disabled and the volume is at maximum 20%. I have to connect it to the controller via 3.5mm, which means I won't have the proper sound that I paid for. The amplifier only works when connected to a computer. That's where you truly understand their value. Unfortunately, they don't work for the PS5!
I bought them for the first time about 5 years ago. After countless times of being pulled abruptly and the jack coming out by mistake, the microphone stopped working, but I believe that if I had been more careful, I wouldn't have had any problem and that's why I bought them again. The sound is very good and clear with satisfactory bass. The microphone is ok, if you just want it for communication it is excellent, if you intend to use it for recordings, you may not have very satisfactory results. The only real complaint I have is that the leather started peeling off after 1.5 years. Fortunately, the set has second covers that are not leather and do not have any issues. I think for 70-80 euros, they are worth their money and more.
Positives:
Incredibly comfortable after hours of use
Very good sound quality
Very good sound isolation
Very strong volume (if you use the USB box and not the 3.5mm)
Negatives:
If you don't use the USB box, the 3.5mm cable is very short and barely reaches the front panel of the computer!
The USB box has a relatively delicate construction, so if you accidentally press it, it will break (buy a headphone stand)
Be careful with the volume, especially if you use the USB connection, as they isolate the ears too much and even at relatively moderate volume, it can cause buzzing after hours of use and possibly permanent damage!
Reviews with usage over 2 years are fictional because HyperX was bought by HP, which took over their production. I received the headphones today and expected to hear a relatively balanced sound, with mediocre to poor bass at worst. For the €80 I paid, I have to say they are by far the worst I have ever bought because the sound is sharp with the bass and the mids are not balanced, resulting in a muddy sound. The microphone is satisfactory, although I had a problem with the sound card that comes with it, creating interference at the end of each sentence. If someone made the same mistake as me and bought them for the PC, they can somewhat fix it with an EQ, but for me, who mainly bought them for console, they are inconvenient as I would have to buy an external application to have an EQ.
TL;DR: Production has changed hands in recent years, they do not have clear sound, and the build quality has declined compared to before
After 3 years of using this specific headset, I have only one thing to say. They are worth every penny. I have not used better headphones in terms of sound quality, comfort, build quality, and durability. The only issue I had after 2+ years of use was that the microphone started making static noises during random movements or even when it was stationary. It may be due to the extensive and daily use, but nevertheless, it remains the best headset I have used so far. If someone asked me if these are worth it, I would tell them that there is no better solution at their price.
I don't have the product myself, but a friend of mine and an internet cafe have it, and my friend has let me use it for the summer, and it was perfect
The sound is literally dead compared to something like the Chinese Somic g941 that I had bought 5-6 years ago for 50e. It sounds like you're wearing tin cans in your ears while the bass is very weak with a lot of distortion when played loudly. Very basic headphones, I expected something more for this price.
I have never had headphones before, but these headphones are truly worth every euro. Tremendous isolation, incredible sound and build quality, and comfortable on the head. I would buy them again without a second thought
Very good headphones, I have them for 2.5 years and they haven't had any issues. The only problem is that the microphone is quite short and doesn't reach my mouth, so people can't hear me well when I speak
I no longer use them heavily, like the previous pairs I had, but they are generally very good and much better than my previous purchase (Logitech Artemis G633). Good construction and comfortable. As for the sound, quite satisfactory!
After 4 years of using these headphones, I decided to write my review. I am completely satisfied with the durability, build quality, and sound quality. I would buy them again for the rest of my life. Unfortunately, the HyperX series (if not all of Kingston) was acquired by HP, resulting in a decline in build and sound quality, as reviews on the internet have shown. These reviews make me hesitant to repurchase it, but my personal experience with the product remains excellent. However, for someone who is buying the product for the first time and has no experience with the previous version, it is highly likely that they will be equally satisfied.
Well, first of all, let me say that if you see someone giving this product one star, they are either very unlucky and received a defective item or they have no idea about gaming headphones.
These headphones are incredible. It feels like the game is walking right beside you and you think they are in the room with you... insane. They isolate everything perfectly, they fit amazingly on the ears, they are very lightweight and don't tire you at all. They have a very powerful sound, I have it at 60% and it's more than enough. And all of this for only 70 euros... I come from using Razer Kraken and I have to say that these are BY FAR better!!
They are very good headphones for both music and gaming, the sound is very good but the microphone not so much. They are worth their money but you can find them cheaper.
These headphones are what I recommend you to get, the sound quality is excellent and so is the microphone quality
