Description

The Cort G100 electric guitar is aimed at beginners and intermediate guitarists looking for a reliable and affordable guitar. It is suitable for many musical genres such as rock, blues, funk, and pop.

Additionally, the Cort G100 features a comfortable neck and low bridge, making it ideal for beginners learning to play guitar.

Powersound Single Coil Pickups

The G100 electric guitar features three Powersound single-coil pickups to deliver authentic classic sounds that are equally suited to vintage rock, blues, pop, or country. The 5-way switch and single tone control offer a wide variety of tonal options.

Classic ST Body Shape

The ST body shape it features follows the lines of one of the most widespread electric guitars, like the Stratocaster. Its design has a double-cut body for access to the highest frets and an extended "horn" on the upper side that offers perfect balance during upright playing.

With a wide range of supporters, including Jimi Hendrix, Buddy Holly, David Gilmour, and Jeff Beck, it is clear that the ST Style shape can handle virtually any musical style.

Body construction made of Meranti wood

Meranti is an extremely hard and durable wood, with moderate density. The sound it offers is warm and full, with a good overall balance of frequencies.

Neck construction from Maple wood

The Maple wood used in the neck is an important element for the guitar's acoustics, as it produces a bright and precise tone resulting from the hardness of the wood.

Slim design with 39mm body thickness

Designed with beginners in mind, the slim body reduces weight for a nice balance between the body and neck, as well as enhancing learning and reducing fatigue.

Fixed bridge

The fixed hardtail bridge provides tuning stability and a stable focused sound, as well as easier and faster string changes for the beginner guitarist.

Open Pore Wood Finish

In addition to enhancing the resonance of the woods for a more vibrant sound, the open-pore finish better preserves the natural wood grains for a more luxurious look and feel.

Bolt-on neck joint

In contrast to the square heel of traditional bolt-on guitars, the heel on the G series guitars is rounded for easy and smooth access to the higher frets.

Satin neck finish

The smooth satin finish doesn't "grab" your fingers, which means greater comfort and increased speed.

I bought it on sale for 100€ a year ago, it's worth its money. Just don't remove the plastic around the screws that hold the magnets, it's the only thing keeping the screws in place. Also, if you're looking for the sound of a strat (as another review called it), you won't find it because it has two humbuckers and nothing else.

What is most value for money and more than that this instrument, I did not expect it at all to be so high quality for this money, it is quite modern in shape for a strat this was the reason I chose it but the instrument is very good. (based on the money it costs)
