For touring use and simple passages on off-road trails, they are good. For routes exclusively off-road, they are not, as they have serious shortcomings. The fit is excellent with customization and adjustment options to the foot. The sizes are exactly the same as regular shoes. For on-road routes, they are excellent even in the rain. In a fall on the pavement, they protected the ankle just fine and did not become unusable. You can walk short distances without a problem without feeling like a robot; for distances over a kilometer, it's good to have a pair of shoes or to have them loosened and relaxed, but then it becomes uncomfortable; if you sit (tavern, café), it doesn't bother you. The boot 'breaks in' easily; after 5-6 times, it takes the shape of the foot. On the positive side, it has a beautiful design and spare parts if the plastic fastenings break.
