I have been using it for about 2 months. First time I have an electric toothbrush. It effectively cleans teeth and helps a little with plaque removal. It has a charger and 2 heads. I found it for 17€ at a large supermarket.
Good evening.
I have the above electric toothbrush in my possession, for about 6 months (approximately). I was the owner of the previous model for 3 years until the mechanism broke. This alone indicates why I trusted an affordable solution from Oral-B again. More specifically, the positives are:
1) Easy and quick full charge.
2) Effective in cleaning.
3) Clear time limits it gives for each side. My old toothbrush gave limits per jaw, while this one gives limits per side of the jaw. I mention this because it would take about 30 seconds for a whole jaw. (I believe I am right about this, if there is a different opinion, please comment).
4) Spare parts are easily found on Skroutz, as well as in local supermarkets and pharmacies.
Let me also mention the negatives:
1) I believe it quickly loses its battery for a 6-month use. It now lasts up to 2 days with one charge. Previously, it would last up to 5 days. Now, how much of a negative is this? It depends on whether you have trips that do not allow frequent contact with electricity, for example, mountains, camping, etc.
2) It retains water inside the gaps between the brush and the mechanism, and when you think everything is fine, if you leave it in a vertical position, it will drip quite a bit. With a little blow before putting it aside, everything is fine!
As you can understand, I am quite comfortable with the evaluation, especially with the negatives, because let's face it, at around 20 euros (approximately) that I bought it for, I believe I cannot judge it based on another company's product or one that may have a report on whether it properly cleans a certain area or not.
I hope I helped, happy shopping.
P.S: I recommend buying the package with the travel case, even if you never need it, it is still a very good solution for storing it inside the house so that it doesn't get dirty, etc.
After 1 year of use, it fell apart in my hands. Its battery didn't last more than 1-2 days with 2-3 brushings per day, and there were leftover salts that wouldn't go away no matter how much I cleaned them. However, it is much better than a regular toothbrush, and for that reason, I give it 2 stars
I don't mind so much that it doesn't have more speeds as much as the fact that it doesn't have an indicator light that it's charging or that the charging is complete!
After a week of use, I have to say that it was the best purchase I could have made. It removed almost all of the plaque, cleans even under the gums, and cleans the teeth very well. I haven't seen anything negative about the battery yet. I highly recommend it.
It’s good the electric toothbrush but I received it after 10 days and I paid for delivery to my home and I had to go and pick it up in an office very far away from here…
The classic drawback is the battery, which has improved slightly in duration, but as soon as it drops a little, the performance of the toothbrush also decreases. In the past, the performance only dropped towards the end.
A positive aspect is that the charger is at least slightly faster.
However, I noticed that the replacements do not fit well after several uses, and I'm talking about the ones that came with the package, resulting in a bit more noise.
Instead of wasting money on fancy lights and ribbons, it does a great job.
The heads that come in the original packaging are soft to mediocre. The soft one doesn't clean well the areas around the gums. Pay great attention to the heads you will choose. Also, the battery needs improvement, as soon as it starts to drop a little, the speed decreases, therefore the performance as well.
For the money, it is very good, cleans very well but unfortunately the battery barely lasts 3 days, then it starts to drop. I don't have an outlet in the bathroom and I don't have the ability to have it permanently for charging, so it leaves me hanging. Anyway, it's worth the money!!!
Everything is satisfactory except for the battery, which lasts much less compared to the Oral-B Vitality Cross Action Starter that I have had for five years.
8/4/23 It works whenever it wants (opens and closes on its own). I will return it (within warranty)
Guys, listen to me, the battery is decent and I would say the accessories are the best. It has a soft brush and a professional one. The teeth become perfect after brushing and it also vibrates every 30 seconds to change the area you brush until the end where it vibrates multiple times to signal the end. IT'S WORTH ITS MONEY.
Whoever wants to have their coffee or toothbrush made for 20 euros is being fooled miserably. For us ordinary mortals, this tool is a milestone. Influencers should get the expensive one to promote the company.
I had an electric toothbrush with batteries purchased from Lidl which broke down in less than 6 months. So I decided to get a reputable rechargeable one. Each charge lasts for a week of use and the performance of the toothbrush, combined with Oral-B brush heads (not imitations), is quite satisfactory.
I had the first Vitality for 6 years, the one that was white and blue and it was perfect. Since it broke, I bought another model from the same company which was 3D and I couldn't handle it. It sounded like a compressor and the motor was too powerful to the point of making me dizzy.
Eventually, I decided to buy the latest model of the Vitality edition and I am very satisfied. The motor is not as strong, but you don't feel like it's going to uproot all your teeth and fillings. It cleans very well and as for the battery, I have no opinion as all my machines are/were always in their base.
In general, it works well, but it stops working while I brush my teeth and I have noticed that it only happens when I turn it upside down to brush the upper part. A major downside is that it doesn't have a screen to see the indicator. You brush your teeth until it dies and then you put it on charge
Relatively good battery life. When the battery is running low, you notice it as the speed decreases. It takes more time for a thorough cleaning. For its price, it is quite good.
I chose this particular one because I read the comments here but also from the experience of two other people I know. I have had it for about 2 weeks and I am very satisfied. It is my first electric one and at first the feeling was strange but you get used to it. It cleans deeply and very well. I am also satisfied with the battery life. From a full charge, I have used it 10 times so far and it still has... The only thing it may not have is a light for charging but it doesn't bother me
After 16 months of use, I can say that the difference in brushing with such a toothbrush compared to a regular one is night and day. The build quality is excellent. I haven't used any other to compare. The battery life has slightly decreased. Without charging, it used to last 19-20 brushings at the beginning. Now it lasts 16-17.
It would be very helpful if it had a battery power indicator. On one hand, it is not suitable to be constantly plugged in, and on the other hand, it may leave you in the middle of brushing. The supposed timer can be noticed from small pauses it makes at the corresponding seconds. Personally, I consider it useless. Otherwise, it has good quality construction and satisfactory brushing.
