Description
Hypertonic saline solution (2.3% in NaCl) in a gently propelled spray with a safety nozzle, suitable for infants over 6 months old.
Active Ingredients
User instructions
Recommended dosage scheme: 1-2 sprays in each nostril, 2-3 times a day or as directed by a healthcare professional.
For babies & children who cannot use it on their own:
- Clean and dry the child's nose well before applying the spray.
- Remove the protective cap by breaking the safety seal.
- Place the nozzle in the special groove at the top of the bottle.
- Place the baby in an upright position, turning their head to the right.
- Gently insert the bottle's nozzle into the left nostril and press firmly.
- Turn the head to the other side and repeat the same process on the other nostril.
- Remove the nozzle from the baby's nose and return it to an upright position, allowing the solution to act for a few seconds. Then clean the baby's nose and, if necessary, use a mucus removal device.
- Repeat the process as needed.
- Remove the nozzle from the bottle, rinse it with warm water, and dry it.
- Repeat after each use.
Instructions for use for Adults & Children:

- Remove the nozzle from the nose and return to an upright position, allowing the solution to act for a few seconds. Then blow the nose well.
- Repeat the process as needed.
- Remove the nozzle from the bottle, rinse it with warm water, and dry it.
- Repeat after each use.

The product is effective. My child with allergic rhinitis and often blocked nose manages to breathe with it. It is effective with a fast and less painful application than the drops. However, I consider it not as effective as the normal drops with the ampoules (or syringe) because it has low pressure to unclog the child. I would still take it again though.
