It has various recipes based on age, mainly purees and some alternatives to croquettes for BLW. But several of them are made with ingredients that we don't often use in Greece. Honestly, there are very few recipes that I might try. It wasn't what I expected.
Useful book, you can acquire knowledge about your baby's nutrition. Nice writing style and easy to read.
I bought it wanting a book to guide me in introducing infant nutrition. It provides some general useful information about infant nutrition, but it did not help further because it does not include Greek dietary ingredients. It also heavily relies on using the freezer for purees, which Greek pediatricians usually do not recommend.
I wasted my time reading this book! It doesn't offer anything it promises, it doesn't even deal with blw (baby-led weaning method) as it barely mentions it in two pages! It encourages consuming rice flour and ready-made foods! It advises parents to deceive their child if they don't eat by showing them something to open their mouth and then feed them that way! It also mentions that you can feed the baby in the recliner or car seat (!) The recipes it has are useless and it only focuses on purees! It confuses the methods and overall there is chaos! I'm sorry I bothered! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, no matter what feeding method they follow!
Very informative book with understandable language and nice organization into categories. It has many recipes and meal plans that I really liked.
Very nice book with many recipes for babies at every stage of age.
