The type of burner is gas, meaning the flame is visible and the burner is surrounded by a metal frame that supports the cookware. To operate, a hose, regulator, and connection to a gas cylinder are required. It is an ideal choice for cooking in a pan, especially for recipes prepared in a wok pan.

It constantly needs you to adjust the air. It's not for women because they won't be able to operate it and will keep asking for help with adjustments. You leave it running, go away, and after a while, it might turn off. The pot doesn't sit on top; it's for large pots
Good for its price.
The lack of an instruction manual is a basic issue.
How can you imagine that you have to move the aluminum collar while it is lit, in order to achieve proper combustion (blue flame with a characteristic hissing sound and not red), after it makes a small explosion.
Impressively powerful, the oil reaches temperature in 3-4 minutes. During the first heating, the color peeled off, but it doesn't bother me as long as the metal underneath proves to be sturdy.
When I bought it, I didn't realize how big it is, 40x40 centimeters is too large for the purpose I want it for. Nevertheless, it does its job very well.
Certainly, it does not deliver 7.5kW in its current condition, but I do not know if using a different gas regulator would change that -- in any case, its power is satisfactory for most tasks, I just wanted even more power for welding.
The paint peeled off from the first use, personally, I am not bothered by it. What bothers and disappoints me is that the valve on the gas burner already plays left-right after 5-6 uses of the stove and there is no way to tighten it more securely.
Finally, the problem mentioned in other reviews about incomplete combustion is true, it is indeed solved by moving the nozzle up and down, and to prevent it from making that scary "pop" when turning off, you can simply close the valve of the burner first and then the valve of the bottle. But do not forget to release the gas trapped in the hose!
That's it, it's not a bad purchase for the money they ask for and the minor problems do not have a drastic impact. If you match it with a good cast iron griddle, its uses multiply, it has been very convenient for me.
It produces a yellow flame, which it shouldn't. Everything turns black, the utensils, the surroundings... The assembly was very difficult, some parts didn't fit properly and we had to bend an iron to make it fit. However, it is very powerful.
Edit: The problem with the yellow flame was solved when we moved the silver "lid" next to the valve. This allowed more air to pass through and prevented incomplete combustion.
