  The machine is professional, sturdy, and made entirely of metal. It was purchased for home use, with the purpose of making 90% cold cappuccino and occasionally some milkshakes, frappes, etc. Cold frothed milk is easily made in seconds, while with small mixers, you need patience, to let the pitcher cool well, to find suitable milk for the frothed milk, etc., and they break down little by little. On the other hand, Aeroccino-type milk frothers never achieve the right thick cold frothed milk, they only work for hot. For this use, it is ideal, powerful, very stable, quiet, and it seems to have a solid construction to last a lifetime. Its button is waterproof with 2 speeds and soft in use, so you can control it perfectly.

  Also, despite being a professional machine, special attention has been given to the finishing. It is a very beautiful product with a slightly retro design, which, although large, is quite elegant without unnecessary bulk, while it comes in a wide variety of different and aesthetically pleasing colors, so that it can match almost any home kitchen. It truly is a gem on the kitchen counter. I love the pistachio color (mint green), it matched perfectly in my space. Attention, it is not pearl (PRL) as wrongly stated in the skroutz description, it is simply glossy and it is perfect! The same applies to the light blue, in addition to the fact that the skroutz photo is wrong and shows turquoise.

  I deliberately chose the model without the automatic switch. I believe it is more suitable for home use. If you don't have to make dozens of frothed milk every day, you don't need it, while for making frappes or espresso with ice, it is more convenient with the manual button so that you can precisely control the height of the mixer according to the froth.

  Congratulations to Kalko for not only offering such a high-quality and beautiful product but also for manufacturing it entirely in Greece and not in China, thus supporting the Greek economy and at the same time having complete quality control in production. Moreover, they can offer it to the market at a fairly affordable and reasonable price for its quality. It is worth every penny.

  Also, a big congratulations to skroutz.gr, which sent it to me in Germany for only 5 euros for shipping and very quickly, in just 2 days with DHL express. It was also an additional reason why I chose a Greek product over another of similar value from the German market, which could have been worse.
