It requires permanent descaling, we also bought the Braun filter, but in vain.
We have had it for less than 2 years with moderate use and it already takes a long time to make coffee, permanent problems.. Also, the carafe is not properly designed, when you go to fill the container with water to start making coffee, part of the water "licks" the carafe and spills on the counter, the same thing happens when you hurriedly put coffee, if you tilt it more than a normal angle, the coffee spills. Here I should note that I am 40 years old and grew up in a house with Braun / Philips / Melitta coffee makers. So, I know how to use filter coffee makers from the 90s.

No relation to the old Braun I had. This is not a coffee maker, it's a ready-to-explode popcorn machine. Unacceptable.

I bought it two months ago and suddenly it started leaking water from underneath. I took it to the company and they replaced it, but I asked for a different model from another company. I don't trust Braun anymore, I'm sorry to say it because I have had Braun devices for many years and they haven't had any issues because they are made in Germany and not in China, unfortunately...

For someone who wants to wake up and have a hot, aromatic coffee in just a few minutes without much effort, this machine is for you. It has a good quality-price ratio and definitely if I had to buy it again, it would be the same one.

I have had it for about 2 months. Fast in extraction, good temperature without burning the coffee, when you remove the container it stops and the flow, this is very good, not a single drop falls. Purchased for 40 euros. If I had to buy a French press coffee maker again, it would be this one.
