I have used it moderately, but so far it is excellent. The packaging includes all the accessories shown, resulting in having something more than just a simple immersion blender. The only slightly negative point is that every 2-3 consecutive minutes of use (in simple terms, with the button continuously pressed for those 2-3 minutes), the manufacturer recommends another 2-3 minutes of non-use for cooling the rod.
