After 2 years of considerable use, the chuck broke from the front and I sent it to service; they told me it’s not worth fixing because it’s an old model and the newer version is out, and it requires 80 euros for the spare part which needs to be ordered from abroad. The 2 stars are because with such prices for spare parts, it’s like there’s no service at all

Very good tool, although at first I had an issue with the selector, but if you loosen the screw a little bit, it works perfectly fine. It is quite comfortable to use and works daily for electrical work, and for its price, it is a very powerful tool. It does get a little warm with heavy use, but it has no problem
