I have tried some products aimed at users with oily/combination skin and none of them did anything. To my surprise, this particular product does leave a matte finish that lasts for several hours.

As for its scent, initially the fragrance caught me somewhat unprepared, I didn't know if I liked it because it had a familiar scent. After a few days of use, I started to like it.
