I have had it for almost a month now and have tested it in some preparations.
So:
- Its size is normal for these watts.
- Stainless steel rod with double blade.
- The speed increases the more the button is pressed. It functions as an analog and I find it particularly practical.
At maximum power when making velouté soup, the immersion blender stuck to the bottom due to the power. It pulled downwards quite strongly!
- It is comfortable to hold, without slipping.
- It is particularly quiet for an immersion blender.
- The click system for changing attachments is easy and practical.
- The bottom part of the rod is conical on the outside but flat on the inside, meaning the area above the blades.
This was one of my concerns because if it was indeed conical on the inside, the distance between it and the blades would be large and its performance would be reduced.
- Its chopper is 1lt, one of the largest in its category. Efficient, but for simple cuts since it has two blades instead of the four that these individual devices now have.
- I have not used the egg beater yet.
Overall, I consider it a very good choice, especially at this price (~43 euros).
