Semi-automatic machine The Oracle for espresso coffee, by Sage. The coffee is provided with ground beans, at the grind size you desire. This way, you determine the amount of coffee placed in the portafilter of the specially designed handle and press the start button to begin the extraction process. It is a suitable choice for individuals interested in experimenting to achieve the taste and texture they desire.
It typically has a power of around 1100 Watts and above, making it a device that heats water quickly. The water tank is removable, offering easy filling and cleaning, and has a capacity of 2.5 liters. This means it can make up to approximately 41 single cups of hot espresso coffee before needing to be refilled.
Additionally, thanks to the steam wand, you can manually mix steam and milk to create foam with the ideal density for your preferred milk-based beverage, such as cappuccino or latte. Finally, the pressure exerted by the boiler on the coffee to achieve extraction corresponds to 15 bars.
The usual recommended values for a rich and creamy espresso are from 9 bars and above.

Well, this particular machine, at least for home use, I can say is very good to the point where it is like a coffee shop. Of course, with the right blend, it works wonders because I have tried various coffees and was not satisfied at first with its performance. It is not difficult to use. It requires a little familiarity. It is a bit bulky in construction, so check the dimensions to fit it under your counter. Once you adjust it, though, I think it is quite good as a machine. A negative aspect is that from the moment you open it, it needs to warm up to 93 degrees, so you have to wait until you make the first coffee. It is not quiet, but compared to some other automatic ones I had, I can say it is quieter. It makes noise during the coffee grinding process. It is great for preparation. For someone who can afford this money and wants some automation but also wants to experience the coffee-making process, it is the right choice. It is clearly a dual boiler, so you can make milk and coffee simultaneously. Provided, as I mentioned above, it reaches 93 degrees.
We bought it for the office cafeteria, the machine is professional in every sense of the word. It heats up quickly at the beginning, it doesn't take long to make the espresso and it comes out very good. The steam wand makes very strong frothed milk, but be careful because it has a lot of power and you can burn yourself. Personally, I have stopped getting delivery and I sit and make coffee at the office. If it is used by many people, the coffee bin is a bit small but it opens easily and fills up.
