It is made of metal (probably steel) and has a plastic casing where the headphones rest, which also seems to be of good quality. I also like that the connection of the two pieces (horizontal with vertical) is made with a screw that has a nut and is not a simple glue that can come off at some point. 5/5, get it without a second thought.

Details (see also the image):
-the surface it will be placed on must have a thickness less than 4.5 centimeters (black).
-the base has a margin of about 10 centimeters (green), so I don't think there is a headset that won't fit.
-it plays if it doesn't "get stuck" with these 3.5 to 3.7 centimeters (red) it won't hold well.
-it also has a soft material on top of the screw so it doesn't slip when tightened.
-in the packaging, there is also a black ring that can be replaced with the green one on top of the screw.There is another screw (near the green arrow in the image) so it is possible to change the angle and secure it vertically... I haven't tried it though.
--attention-- there is a similar product of the same brand. The difference it has with the gravity hphmS-01b (Yes, the difference in the name is only that S instead of C) is that the "S" tightens on "pipes" while the C is for desks, shelves, etc., flat surfaces.
