I bought the machine 15 days ago and hadn't used it until these days, the only thing I did was to charge it once. When the time came to use it, it was a complete disappointment for the money I paid (69.80). I expected to have a fast non-professional machine at this price, of course, but at least at a decent level for amateur use. On the contrary, it was inferior to the previous classic razor of Philips brand that cost 30 euros. Specifically, it doesn't cut the beard unless you go over each spot 3 or 4 times, it gets clogged, resulting in pulling the hairs and making the spot bleed, and finally, the handle is made of a strange sticky plastic that holds hairs on it. Complete disappointment for this company and the money I spent on this machine. Update: after contacting the store where I purchased the product and the Wahl representative in Greece, the head that had the issue was replaced and the machine works very well. Finally, a big bravo to the representative and to Alexopoulos electronics store for their actions in order for me to have a functional product in my hands!
