  The product arrived in my hands non-functional, and after I returned it for inspection, the problem was not recognized and it was sent back to me in its original condition. The issue with the product was that it had an intermittent connection with the computer, which was never fixed since the replacement was not accepted. Poor service

  Very good collaboration with Lightroom Photoshop that I work with. My hand has rested from the mouse. I had the previous Wacom Bamboo Pen & Touch which did not work well with Win 10, so I switched to this one. The pen has a very nice non-slip material, which makes it even more comfortable to use!

  It has the following negatives - which did not exist in Wacom five years ago (in the old Wacom intuos).

  It has a hard surface that quickly wears out the tips, and there is no option to change it like in the medium size... which would cost another 50 euros.

  They do not provide an easy-to-use pen, which means you have to pay another 100 euros.

  Its size is large compared to the active area! It could easily be smaller and take up less space next to you.

  And the worst part is that it does not have space for your hand to "rest/touch" from the 3/4 mark and below...

  Overall dissatisfied, my old one is better - I hope they release something else in the future...

  As much as it may surprise you, I recommend one of the older models - as for the touch they have, it is not yet as good, and it is not like a mobile phone where you can see what you are touching, so its usefulness is average - I can do the same things without it.
