Lodge Cast Iron is suitable for use on induction, ceramic, and electric cooktops, as well as gas stovetops and ovens. Do not use in a microwave oven.

If you notice rust, it is very easy to fix. Clean the rust, rinse, dry, and rub with a little vegetable oil.
