I have it for many years with frequent use, the battery consumption is very low.
By far better than the two I tried with a rotating tip, with a slight tilt it cuts everything from the nose-ear and sometimes I use it if something gets stuck in my favorite.
It cleans very easily, the button doesn't slip, it makes a little noise but it doesn't bother me.
It has fallen down twice (luckily in the sink) but it kept working, I am very satisfied all these years and I will be very sad if it ever breaks and I can't find the same one.
