This one has an AWFUL taste, which okay maybe gets a bit lost in the water.. still, it's very heavy on the stomach.. I took it before lunch and it hurt my stomach.. I think in general it's a bit heavy, I can't manage to use it!!

The taste and smell are not bad, they are terrible. You take it out of the capsule, mix it with anything, and it ruins the taste a lot
