  I bought it for a variety of uses (a bit of gaming, occasional music listening, teams meetings) as we have the same headset at work and were relatively satisfied. As for the sound quality, I would say that:

  +Satisfactory headset, the fact that its DAC plays low, for hearing protection reasons obviously, will probably turn out to be positive in the long run for many! (I know what I'm talking about because I have suffered from volume abuse in headphones)
  +Good microphone sound (plus that it is detachable)
  +Positive that it comes with a fabric covering where it fits on the ears
  -Inadequate isolation from the environment (passive noise reduction), even though it covers the ears
  -Average noise rejection from the microphone (active noise reduction)
  -Quite tiring (it presses hard around the ears) even with a few hours of use. I have a big head though.

  Now I come to the worst point, otherwise I would have given it 3-4 stars: after about a year and a half of not heavy use, the outer covering (insulation) of the cable has polymerized (=hardened) to the extent that THE INSULATION HAS BROKEN IN VARIOUS PLACES. And yet I had never left it in the sun nor wrapped it around sharp corners. Tragic! The difference with the work headphones is that the space there is constantly air-conditioned (high temperatures at home unfortunately help the polymerization) and that they are usually not plugged into the computer but left on the desk, so the bends of the cable are very short-lived.

  I patched it up as best I could with heat shrink tubing or rubber tape (where heat shrink tube doesn't fit) because it is not covered by the warranty (it seems to have been mistreated while that is not the case). It will hold up a bit longer but obviously will break again where the tape or heat shrink ends. I consider the quality of this cable unacceptable for such an expensive headset.

  Finally, I recommend that those who have this headset do not leave the DAC plugged into the USB of the desktop or generally let the cable form any angle at any point.

  Compare to the old Razer Kraken and Electra V2, those ones have managed to survive more than a week, and I can see them surviving over a 3 years, their quality is better, the mic is over all better, and the Logitech software doesn't come with bloatware.

  Over all, sound is a 10/10 same with microphone thanks to Blue VOICE. The wireless editions would be much better to have though since you can also connect your phone via bluetooth.

  Excellent in terms of construction and material quality. It comes with 2 sets of pads, one with leather pads and the other with fabric pads (perfect for our warm summer). Due to discomfort with the leather pads, I use the fabric ones and I am satisfied! The sound is perfect even without using the 7.1 (which is somewhat useless as it worsens the sound and footsteps in games are heard perfectly without it), the mic is honestly the best, many good things about its quality. HOWEVER, the use of the G Hub is necessary because the blue voice technology is only available through their software. One issue I had was that the cable magnetizes and tangles at one point, causing it to wear out. However, this was easily fixed when I disconnected them from the computer for a few hours while cleaning it, and since then it hasn't happened again. I bought them for 100 euros from a well-known chain and I believe they were worth every penny, I highly recommend them to everyone!

  The purchase was made for 89.90 in December 2023. After 2+ months of daily use, I have the following to say:

  The sound quality is good, and personally, I use surround sound. The microphone with the MIT Blue VO!CE software is amazing. Important! You need to activate the software through the Logitech application. And you will also have many settings to customize it as you wish.

  Moving on to the construction. As a huge fan of Logitech, and truly ALL my peripherals are from Logitech (from mouse/keyboard to steering wheel + shifter), and I have been satisfied with ALL of them, but I am not satisfied with this particular headset. In my personal opinion, it is a bit heavier than it should be, not comfortable for long hours and continuous use because it starts to hurt my head. The mechanism that adjusts the height on the left side of the headset broke immediately or came broken, resulting in me constantly having to adjust or be careful with the "height" of the headset.

  The extras they provide are quite convenient, for example, the fabric pads are very good for summer because with the leather ones, it would get too hot and you would sweat.

  Personally, I would not buy them again, nor would I recommend them. There would need to be a dramatic price reduction for them to be worth it for what they are and what they offer.

  I regret a little that I bought them, I hope to change my mind in the long run and make the most of my money, although I see it as unlikely.

  I have been gaming for about 4.5 years and I have changed headphones several times for various reasons, but these make the difference. The construction is amazing, they don't break easily. They are soundproof, you don't hear anything during gaming (in my opinion, this is a positive). The microphone is good, excellent, you can't hear breathing/air. And their price is very low, these headphones are worth at least €165.89.

  If someone has large ears, they should not prefer them.
  They are relatively comfortable for long gaming sessions.
  The 7.1 sound is mediocre compared to the Logitech G633 Artemis Spectrum, which is a 10-year-old model, and compared to other 7.1 headsets.
  Also, it is very important to note that there is a serious problem with the volume of the headphones. They sound about 20% lower than other headphones, resulting in not being able to hear footsteps of other players, etc.
  To solve this problem, which should not exist in such expensive headphones, especially in this Logitech brand, some specialized settings need to be made, which cannot be done by anyone. If you don't know much about computers and sound cards, do not prefer them.
  Also, the cable is extended, which it shouldn't be, because the more connections, the more damage and sound loss. It is also quite short.

  Owner of the Razer Kraken Ultimate.
  I bought them for a day and returned them the next day. (Luckily, I got my money back) Below, yes, the sound is clear and nice, but in terms of volume, it was completely disappointing!   If you have an issue and can't hear well from one earphone or the microphone seems dead, try adjusting the cable that connects to the speakers and "play" a little to the right and left until the earphone and microphone catch sound! Also, be careful that the microphone may be muted by the small clip, as well as the sound of the headphones may be relatively low from the volume bar.

  Hello, I have commented before on Sony's headphones, the headset that cost 100€ and now around 80€, and I'm here to share my opinion because Logitech has impressed me once again.

  Let's get to it.

  In terms of construction, I have no complaints. The only possible drawback for some might be that the casing of the headphones is all metal and not plastic. Personally, I am satisfied with the construction.

  I had read several comments and after extensive research on these headphones, I took the risk and bought them, even though some say they don't have good sound or that they break easily.

  I've had them for less than a month, but they are not headphones that are ready to use as soon as you plug them in. For example, I plugged them in and didn't even realize that there is a wheel for adjusting the volume on the clip that attaches to you, in addition to the mute button on the microphone.

  I spent some time and made a small modification to the bass, etc. through the classic program. The final result is that these headphones excel in all aspects. However, the surround sound, which is the selling point of these headphones, is simply useless. When I activated it, it distorted the entire sound, while with it turned off, everything sounds clear and perfect.

  Also, with the default sound, meaning with surround off, you can hear everything around you perfectly, even louder than with the PS5 headphones.

  Now, about the microphone.

  I own the Razer Seiren X for streaming, etc. Compared to the Logitech, the Razer microphone is deeper and more relaxed, while the Logitech microphone is louder but not as deep. Whatever you do, it sounds clear, you just need to find the right mod in the application that suits you. Personally, I use the Nvidia Broadcast because of my RTX graphics card, and if I want to isolate the sound more, I simply activate Nvidia Broadcast and use the "WARM AND RICH" mod. This way, I sound great, I just adjust the distance of the mic from my mouth.

  The ear cushions are quite soft, but for me, they are more comfortable without compromising the sound. These are the second pair of cushions that Logitech provides, not the leather ones, but the others with the fabric.

  So, if you have 100€ or a bit more to spend, go for it. Logitech is a guarantee. I also have the sidetone feature on the microphone through the program, so I can constantly hear my voice as loud as I want. And a small detail, when the microphone is not in use, it automatically disables the sidetone, so you have peace of mind.

  The cable doesn't have fabric fibers, but it's not fake. I take good care of it so as not to pull it, etc.

  Also, if you don't mishandle the headphones, they won't break or get damaged.

  I have had them for three months at the beginning they bothered me a little because they were not comfortable but after 2-3 weeks of use they were much more comfortable, of course the headphones need to be adjusted correctly (I thought they should have been adjusted the same way on both sides). I wear them for 2-3 hours a day with the leather earcups without my ears getting warm.

  The Logitech program I didn't like at all, it seems more like a gimmick. Also, the pseudo-surround function only increases the bass to astronomical levels. Additionally, the DAC with the USB they provide has noise and degrades the sound quality, it's better to use it only with a jack.

  Coming from Razer Kraken, I didn't expect there to be much difference in sound.
  In the end, you get what you pay for!

  Positives: 1) Crystal clear sound! You truly enjoy the sound as if you are in a studio!
  2) Sound isolation! It cuts out everything with minimal volume!
  3) Build quality from another planet! Sturdy to the point where you truly enjoy holding them!
  4) Quality microphone, which is logical considering it "wears" Blue software!

  Negatives: In the 4 months of use, absolutely none.

  Conclusion: For anyone who truly wants to spend the 100 euros they cost, it is clearly one of the best, if not the best choice! Especially if you are interested in communication, it is clearly the strongest choice! Logitech won me over and now has another fan!
