Amazing shoe with one negative.. it slips a lot on wet surfaces. I have learned to be very careful when walking on water now.. Great for trails, waterproof, comfortable, and soft. I have had it for 1.5 years but the sole is already worn out and I am looking for a replacement.
I tried them in Samothrace. They have a very good grip on mountain trails, especially in steep areas. The only downside is that they slip on wet rocks. Half to one size bigger is good.
They are completely waterproof with a good fit, quality materials, and comfortable. The only complaint is that the first layers of fabric on the inside above the heel started to wear relatively quickly.
It is the worst shoe I have ever bought and let me explain why:
I bought it mainly because of the gtx feature to avoid getting wet during the winter, and it might be true, but what really happens is that if you wear them in the rain, you also need to have your phone handy to call 166 because it is impossible not to slip, even worse than an ice skate, on any wet surface.
Of course, I'm not talking about a clean tile because there you won't even realize when you fall.
I imagine it is very good for those who know how to ice skate.
You wear it after a phone call with Arnaoutoglou, after he assures you that there is a 100% guarantee that it won't get wet or that there is no chance of encountering a sidewalk that has water, etc.
I can't understand why they put the waterproof membrane on a shoe with a zero coefficient of friction sole.
What a waste of money I spent
