I got them one size bigger (because I was influenced by some comments that suggested getting one size up) and they are huge on me! So, you should get your regular size. I didn't like the quality for their price, they are very uncomfortable not because of the height but as a sole.

It's wonderful! Most reviews said to get a size larger, but I got the same size I always wear. It fits just right and doesn't bother me. If you want some extra room in the front, get a larger size, otherwise, keep your own size. They are quite tall, but you don't even realize you're wearing heels!! I'm 1.74m and I've become 1.80m...
